i'm honored to be able to contribute to this amazing compilation
All proceeds for this charity compilation will be donated to the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund.
i don't have a new song finished. i mean, i recorded a new song just to get ideas out of my head, then immediately started ANOTHER new one that still needs string synth and some vocal weirdness on it, and i am planning yet another track for my side project "societal collapse is imminent!" as part of another noise compilation with Women of Noise to benefit Palestinian children caught in the middle of a genocide. i feel frozen with deadlines and obligation, coming out of a bout with covid, weathering the death throes of a crumbling empire under the weight of capitalism, trying to make the best of it all.

one would assume isolating due to covid in a studio full of synthesizers and recording equipment would only encourage me to write a ton of music, but i realized just how dependent i am on external stimuli... i feel creatively stifled and impatient rn and it's annoying, i don't even want to LISTEN to new music i just want to hug my friends and go to a pumpkin patch or something
RIP Dwayne Rudolph Goettel 28 years ago today in 1995, you have been an enormous inspiration for me since i first heard Skinny Puppy's Last Rights in the early 90s. I played that CD non-stop for months on repeat, memorizing and absorbing every sound and word. My world was changed. Thank you for everything.

Women of Noise - For Kherson is out on bandcamp!
This is the third compilation album created under the name of online blog/platform Women of Noise.
'For Kherson' was created to raise funds for volunteers helping the victims of the Kakhovka dam explosion, the result of Russia's unjust and cruel invasion of Ukraine. All proceeds will go to Kherson Now - an organization helping the locals to evacuate and protect the locals.
Thank you to all the artists who shared their works with us, everyone who follows and supports us and the cause.
this is the first video i’ve ever made, recorded entirely on an old camcorder from the 80s and edited in some freeware editor. it’s for my newest song, ⍵///Ҝɳ
