metal gear solid oc as one does

she's a silly scientist like otacon but more focused on developing cyborg tech and gadgets instead of hacking like him 乁⁠|⁠ ⁠･⁠ ⁠〰⁠ ⁠･⁠ ⁠|⁠ㄏ

after being a bit too reckless trying out new wiring in a prototype she accidentally made the prototype explode as debris scarred her face and basically ruined her hand so much it needed to be amputated

she does sometimes go on field missions aswell but only as support, has enough close combat skills to manage on her self for a bit

codename is jellyfish for now
