Scrambled eggs and noodles!

This one is really simple. You also have the option of useing one whole egg or a few egg whites. Today I was feeling the fatty flavor of a yoke so I cheat a bit and used a whole egg. Just that and half a pack of shiritaki noodles beat with some veggies. Add spices of your choice, I did salt pepper and saracha and believe you me it is tasty and filling.

50 calorie italian dinner bon apple tea 🤤👩🏼‍🍳🍝
1 bag shirataki noodles: 20 cal
¼ cup no sugar added prego: 30 cal
yields: 1 cup spaghetti and red gravy
(super filling so i ended up only eating half so 25 calorie dinner AND leftovers fuck yeah 👍🏼)
DRAIN and RINSE the noodles to get the bag water off
pat dry
microwave or heat up on the stove to get rid of more water and also like warm them?
stir in red gravy
add herbs and shit if you’re feeling extra
that’s it.

127 Calorie Noodle Stir Fry
1 pckg shirataki noodles - 30 cal
½ cup broccoli - 15 cal
2 tbsp low sodium teriyaki sauce - 30 cal
1 tbsp sweet and sour sauce - 35
4 shrimp - 47 cal
Scallions - 0 cal
Garlic powder - 0 cal
Thaw and dry shrimp well, peel shells
Drain shirataki noodles and rinse well
Dry noodles well
Cut broccoli to size of choice
Cut choice amount of scallions
Heat pan with small amt of oil
Combine teriyaki sauce, sweet and sour, and garlic powder in small bowl and whisk
Add noodles, broccoli, and scallions in hot pan and toss for 1 min
Add sauce and toss for 3 mins
Add shrimp and cook until pink and no longer transparent
You’re done! Note: the teriyaki sauce is still slightly high in sodium, so be sure to drink plenty of water. Enjoy

> chamomile tea helps with a bloated stomach (you can also use it as a steamer if you have a cold, just put it the in a bowl, put a towel over your head and inhale the steam for a few minutes)
> green tea boots your metabolism and keeps you awake 
> lavender tea is good for insomnia or anxiety
> instant soups can be helpful if you’re craving something savoury
> if you’re tired of drinking plain water, make it fancy with some lemon juice or mint leaves
> freeze lemon water or tea and suck on it if you’re craving something

summer bodies are overrated
what about autumn bodies wearing leggings and oversized jumpers, holding a hot coffee in dainty hands. walking around in the crisp air feeling as light as an autumn leaf.
what about winter bodies at Christmas time helping with the fairy lights, nibbling at a mince pie and curling up against the fire, feeling the warmth against your cold thin body.
what about spring bodies, walking around in breezy skirts and crop tops, looking like a model and reading underneath a pink cherry blossom tree, legs as fragile as the petals floating and landing on your defined collarbones.

breakfast: egg sandwich!!

30 cal - orange juice
lunch:
180 cal- two ribes
300 cal- 1/2 cup of rice
0 cal - water
dinner:
180 cal- medium caramel iced coffee : mcdondalds!
total: 870 cal !!
+ i worked out hella td and burned 240 cals💖

Fasting Challenge🤩
Literally just made this up right now but...
you know how when you weigh yourself and see the numbers drop, sometimes it feels like it’s taking forever to drop.
Well I decided to fast for 3 days or more and not allow myself to step on the scale until those 3 days are over. I guess it will be my little “reward”. I’m 14 hours into my fast! Lets do this✨
