“no thank you.” near refused with mild mannered politeness. he has the athletic capabilities of a worm, which meant none at all. he tired way too easily, and there was no appeal in doing physical training, so he wouldn’t put any effort into it at all. it wasn’t mentally stimulating either. “such activities don’t spark any interest in me. you’re free to help the rest of my team. i’m sure they’d like new company.” // x - @illusionarythespian

dawn wasn’t subtle at her cursory glance of him, giving a firm nod that she agreed with him. his arms looked like noodles! “well that’s what lifting weights are for-” she gave him a good ol’ slap on the back- “to build up strength! but let’s give kickboxing a chance.” the petite girl immediately making a beeline to grab what they needed.

“Mostly been perusing my way through your library’s shelves.” she turned slightly to look back at the vast number of bookcases in the room. she’d read a good handful, and even went as far as “borrowing” some and storing them in her room. flora was planning on returning them! honest!

“i probably should be making friends with the others,” she hummed quietly to herself. there was no shortage of people trying to gain alma’s attentions, but she found herself so tired out trying to make friends on the pretense of competition. most didn’t even want to make friends anyways, and their passive aggressive ways didn’t really make her want to even try. // x - @escapenevaeh​
