Places to Go, Things to See - VideoGamesNewYork
VideoGamesNewYork is a nice little mom and pop shop located on 6th St., between 2nd and 3rd Ave. It’s hidden behind trees and construction, so it’s a little easy to miss. Once you spot the bumblebee-colored banner, you’re good to go!
The store holds a massive amount of game-related stuff, such as video games; classic and modern, locals and imports; consoles; mainstream and not-so-obscure; as well as a strange helping of fight sticks. The place is also manned by friendly staff that you can easily talk to!
The pictures only give you a small taste of what's there. Obviously this isn’t everything they have in the store. Due to Tumblr’s photo limit, this is all I could post. For the full experience, visit the store!
“Places to Go, Things to See” is a new blog series dedicated to showing everyone interesting places to visit. Each post will focus on a single subject, and will include photos, information, and some of our own thoughts. Hope you enjoy!

Hello, and welcome!
This is the official SlightlyOtaku tumblr page! You might know us as those guys from YouTube, or you might not. Either way, welcome! Sorry if the page is a bit barebones right now; We’re still doing a bit of housekeeping. Expect to see Japanese culture-related posts, such as food and anime, gaming-related posts, as well as updates on what we’re doing. So, for now, sit back, relax and enjoy!
