COMPLETE SINCERITY
We often say we want friends who are honest and true with us no matter what the truth is. We expect them to be blatantly honest with us, but how often are we blatantly honest with ourselves? Our best help often needs to come from within ourselves, but if we aren’t honest with ourselves we won’t be able to identify what it is that we need.
The importance of introspection can never be underestimated. The ability to sit and have a meeting with yourself on a regular basis helps you gage where you are in terms of the progress you want to make. We must look for what is good and what isn’t within ourselves to act with integrity in the way we choose to lead our lives.
What works in our lives can only be fruitful if we remove the weeds that hinder its growth. It takes a good pair of balls to tell yourself that you’re messing up, but it will require more than that to actually remove what is pulling you back especially if what is pulling you back is something that you happen to like.
The world is waiting for us to share the best of what is inside us.

Never stop innovating.
The problems you solve for your own-self are problems you share with the person next to you or someone in different town or city or country. Your solution might be the one that is uniquely designed to satisfy their specific needs.
Steve Jobs reshaped the way we type letters, emails, etc. Apple computers gave us a wide selection of fonts to choose from, then Steve Jobs revolutionized the way we listen to music with the iPod and now we really care about not only the features on our phones, but what the phone looks like. What drove the creation of Apple and its computers, mobiles and music players was the desire for something beautiful and efficient. By solving his problem with the way computers worked and looked, he changed the way everyone used computers.
Facebook solved the problem of how to stay connected with people you know, friends you went to school or work with, how you can stay in touch with each other. Twitter made it easy for people to instantly share what they were doing or interested in, without having to be friends with them to get them to hear what you are saying. Instagram made sharing experiences, as they happen, easy and instant. All of these social networks offer platforms to have your problems heard, solutions to problems most people were not even aware they had.
Never stop looking for new ideas on how to solve old problems.  Don’t settle for an idea that is safe for a desire of security. Every new idea brings great about change; it gives you the opportunity to shape your own world. Never stop innovating

Stay Committed
Very often when an opportunity comes by that’s exciting and new, we start dishing out promises of how awesome we’re going to be at it. Some time passes and we find that we’re bored or overworked or we say that it isn’t challenging anymore. The feelings we never considered earlier are now suddenly overwhelming us we start doing a half-assed job or we look for reasons to quit.
That is the moment when our commitment gets tested. Some of us are grown enough to admit that perhaps we weren’t very committed to it in the first place or perhaps some of us are still deluding ourselves with stories of just how terrible it is so that we can justify our change in attitude.
Your ability to do what you promised -to your fullest capabilities- even when the mood you said it in has long passed, will reveal to you how much commitment you gave it in the first place, if you mean't it when you committed to it.
Before you quit, ask yourself if it is something you are passionate about? If not then move on, but if it is then you have to find a way to ignite that passion. If your aim was to learn all you could, then check if you have and how that knowledge has enabled you to achieve your goals. But if your reason for committing was purely financial, you will soon find easier ways to make as much or more money.
So ask yourself, are you still committed?

What are you truly about?
Not so long ago I had an interesting discussion with a friend about what is it that makes so many businesses fail when they initially had such a great product offering. He explained to me that many entrepreneurs often loose sight of what it is they set out to do by focusing on things that have very little to do with the quality of the product or service they offer.
We then continued to discuss what it is that makes KFC leaders in fried chicken retail. Go to KFC and you will still find their famous chicken with the same flavouring that people have come to know and love. The Colonel still smiles the same way he has for years. They know what works and they haven’t tried to mess with it.
Many service providers spend a lot of money offering things that their clients probably don’t want or need. it is important to know what you’re about.
Yes, it is good to improve your service offering and added benefits are always awesome to have. Ask yourself, what service are you truly offering?
