Please be good.
Help me focus on this. I can already feel it. Black coffee for breakfast, diet coke and iced coffee for lunch, low cal dinners. Slimmer waist, tighter belt, scale going down, miles completed going up. Clothes feeling bigger, and fingers looking skeletal. Events coming up and I need to look my best. Havent seen so many ppl in so long… i have to do this. I don’t feel out of control, just totally in control. I feel at home in this mindset and lifestyle. I cant wait to get to my first goal weight.

no cause its the way ive constantly just “want to lose 5lbs” since i was 14.. its been 10 years with this literal addiction/disease, and not one person in my life has cared enough to want to talk to me about it or want to know more about it. which makes me want to lose more. even at my lowest, no one even gave a single fuck that i was literally clattering bones. its just sad innit. this has plauged my mind every. single. day for as long as i can remember. and no one close to me even cares.

Debating if I should grab a green juice after work most days just to avoid lunch but the the question is am I okay with drinking those calories…
Another thing:
Im not sure what I want to have as my everyday dinner either. Im okay with one meal a day, and I’m okay with fully looking at macros of things, since protein helps alot with shaping your body. Just unsure of what I want. Was hard getting back to this mindset, but I missed it too.
