Shrimp - 3/4 cup - 80 cals (may vary depending on the size of the shrimp!)
Broccoli - 1 cup - 35 cals
Miracle noodles - whole pack - 45 cals (your brand may be more or less. Just check!)
Low sodium soy sauce - 2 tbsp - 20 cals
Salt + pepper to taste
Makes a bowl full, and its 180 cals! You just throw it all in a pan and fry it up a little. Feel free to change portions or add ingredients!

I’m Ghost, and here is a lil bit about me 💕
I’m 5’2” and my highest weight was 250lbs, my lowest 159lbs. I’ve always been bigger my whole life, and have struggled with Binging, restricting and purging.(the usual ED stuff) I have a goal I want to reach, and I need to crack down and get serious! >:(
Anyway, I’m trying to get back down to atleast 170 by 10/21/22. I have a trip and I’d love to look a bit better than I do now.
💜 Today is 7/25/22, so I have about 87 days to lose 20lbs 💜
I’ll be posting daily food dairies, work out logs, and inspo. So wish me luck 💫

i havent been on here in a hot minute, but i need to start holding myself accountable. i have been consumed in work and it helps make fasting go by easier, but i keep binging and only with horrible food that halts my progress. i have been holding 145 for a while now and i need to get back into eating more balanced food and not empty calories

I have a general rule about not fasting at work but I think I'm going to try tomorrow anyway. If not I'm gonna just restrict to really low because I'm so frustrated with myself. I almost had a perfect week and I fucked it up.
