tumblr is ACTUALLY about to sell our data to dumb AI companies since they've already begun collecting it. and apparently it includes stuff from private posts, deleted blogs, etc. that seems like one heck of a breach of privacy and i am PISSED because if they can scrape data off a deleted blog, then what point is it of nuking our accounts?

I hope tumblr gets sued to hell, I'm so pissed off that the wonderful, unique community that has built itself here now has to migrate to other places. and there's no similar alternative (like how bluesky was to twitter) so everyone will scatter and it's gonna be hell to find fandom places

I've been here since highschool, I've seen this whole website change from the "cringe" stuff we talked about to actually understanding the world around us. We grew up, we grew stronger, and now we're gonna get torn apart

I want to hold hands with all of you, I want to stay together, I want to keep this unique vibe we've cultivated over the years, the shared experiences and absolute batshit memes we've created. everything sucks, the world is hard on us artists and creators of all kinds. let's stay strong, my friends. tumblr might be burning and crashing but we've done so much together, we'll get through this, and i hope we meet again in other spaces

I can't believe I need to make this post, but please don't tag art of my sonas as "me" or any other personal tags that are supposed to represent you as an individual

my sonas (Sin and Sotu) are extensions of me, they already exist in real life (it's me). it's really uncomfortable to see people claim my existence as part of their own, especially when it's a total stranger doing it

I'm so tired of sites self-destructing, PLEASE I am begging there to be just ONE art site that isn't a flaming pile of shit that could go down at any moment

Personally I'm most active on Kofi and Bluesky because these are the only sites that I'm sure won't come crashing down anytime soon but god it's so tiring to have to keep rebuilding because everything turns to shit over the dumbest, most lack-of-common-decency bullshit from people who should never be in power to begin with

Made an illustration for my Digimon Mystery Dungeon: Fallen Star comic using the comic's color palette <3 The comic is fast-paced so it lacks some fun bonding scenes and I've even cut out some minor jokes (otherwise the comic would take a thousand pages to finish)

If you'd like to read it, I post pages on Webtoons and Tapas at the same time, but Kofi members get to see pages a week early. At the moment the comic's on a short hiatus as I had to deal with some holiday stuff, but I'll go back to making pages again soon <3
