(Squints eyes) "new friend" eh? Not sure if you should trust people in this place...

Oh don't worry, she's really nice. We are able to talk through a peep hole in the wall that connects our cells. She is as much as a prisoner as I am, although she has been around much longer than I have. I think the workers here really did a number on her mental health. But she has been very helpful in trying to comfort me while I am here. She has a great singing voice, almost as great as my dad's, and she usually hums or sings lullabies to help me fall asleep. I am glad to have someone to talk to here who doesn't look vicious and mean.

Becky: I don't know if they stole some from Mr. Big or not. A lot of the lexonite meteor was confiscated from Mr. Big after I arrested him for putting the entire world under mind control. Maybe it how these scientists got it.

I can't escape anon. I think they injected me with lexonite, not enough that it messes with my speech thank goodness. But I don't have the strength or ability to rescue Huggy and myself along with my new friend and the other victims trapped here. I hate feeling so useless right now.

are you aware of alternate universes....

I have studied the concept of alternate universes and I believe them to be plausible. I am aware that there are other versions of me out there who either lead similar or very different lives due to the decisions or indecisions that they have made. I know there is one Steven/Dr. Two Brains out there that had not ended up adopting Becky. I don't think he has to worry about alternate versions of these government people.

I especially believe in alternate timelines after Becky told me about the incident with Chucktopia and King Chuck. But I mean come on, making me an assistant manager, working for Glen! Really Chuck, now that is just degrading. I am really glad my alternate self decided to lead a coup against him so Becky could have the time to reverse the wish.

Unfortunately it seems that Bob was also captured alongside Becky. I am worried about him as well, he helped me a lot raising an alien child plus taking over as her guardian and protector as well as giving her a shoulder to cry on during my time as Two Brains. With Huggy being an adult monkey and a well trained space pilot, I hope he is able to continue protecting Becky in the facility and able to fend off these people from their illegal practice. Bob may be small, but he is a resilient and clever space monkey.

does anyone else notice wordgirl is gone? Like any of the villians? I bet they could lend you a hand steven

They are aware she is missing, but besides Beatrice and myself, they don't know where she is. It's really touching to see how much they care about Wordgirl despite her being the hero that stops them. I really feel bad about what I have done to them, spying on them for monsters. Beatrice feels really bad about it too now vs when she first started out. Ironically they are causing more damage to city looking for Wordgirl than they usually do with their own crimes. Kid Math is here to try and ease the situation, but they are all still tense and worried. I think a few of the citizens are starting to realize that Wordgirl is not coming around anymore. Beatrice has told me she will secretly aid Kid Math into keeping the other villains calm and in Fair City while I go on my rescue mission with the Henchmen.

I know they can help me, but I don't want anyone else I care about getting involved in this. I don't want the villains, who I considered friends and family at this point, to pay for the consequences of my actions. I don't want anyone else getting hurt by these people.

I'm glad you want to help, even though you have a different reason for it, but I am sorry you can't come. This mission is too dangerous and I don't want to risk anyone else getting hurt besides me. I am not going to get my Henchmen involved in this. The only way to defeat these people is to fight as dirty as them and I don't want any allies caught in the crosshairs while I go to rescue my daughter.
