Storytelling for User Experience
A young millennial sips on her pressed juice whilst scrolling through Instagram for ideas on what to do that day. She thinks about variables such as weather, distance and time, and utilises hashtags to find the answers to her questions. She comes across a post by Scenes of SA depicting the Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens and the beautiful Autumn leaves. She notes the likely weather she will expect and uses Google Maps to coordinate her trip distance and overall time that will be spent there.
After a successful day exploring a new place she seeks more adventure and returns the the Scenes of SA Instagram, leading her to also click on links to the website and the Twitter.
