You guys might already know this, but for salaries, I read about what Hello!Project members ~might~ be getting paid. Not the exact number, but the paying system. It's said that some girls, especially new members (not kenshuusei, since they pay to be trainees), get paid the Japanese minimum wage. Members who have been there longer (think C-ute, maybe 9th gen Momusu) get paid more, especially girls who do more extra work.
Yep, the base pay is still the same for everybody and stated in the contract! But with years, members will get salaries raises, indeed. They also get paid extra for gravure, dramas that have no affiliation with AKS and such, that is written in the contract too.
Artists are usually all paid for the albums that they sell, and I was wondering how the 48s got paid from those sales. I didn’t learn it until the other day with that percentage of handshake events/events they get! Which makes, a lot of sense.

Hello! I feel like for the example videos on the Point Page (as well as BYS42's training camp song), you guys should have used JPOP songs rather that Japanese versions of KPOP songs. After all, this is set in Japan is it not? If it is, I would think that using JPOP songs as reference would be more realistic and sensible. There are a lot of songs by Johnnys groups, EXILE TRIBE and even PureBoys that can be used as an example of each image points. I hope that you will take this into consideration!
Thank you very much for your suggestion, we will try to take it in consideration. We would’ve wished to use more JPOP songs from Japanese Groups, but, for instance, Johnnys PVs aren’t on dailymotion or youtube. Websites like jpopsuki or yuku aren’t accessible to everybody and sometimes take forever to load, thus why we wished we could’ve used them but couldn’t. Concerning EXILE TRIBE; not all their songs fit all the different images.
Also, we used only one Japanese version of kpop songs (if I remember correctly) and it’s Her of Block B since we were in a complete bind to explain the style. EDIT: There’s of course, also Mirotic for the training camp, but TVXQ/THSK is quite popular in Japan and viewed as Japanese artists when they release in Japan (not foreigners). To clarify, we consider that Korean artists who release original Japanese songs falls into the Japanese songs category since those songs have no Korean versions to them.
If we find something that is more befitting at one point or another, we will definitely edit the pages.
I hope you can understand and thank you again for your input
Another edit; We don’t usually publish suggestions, but I think this one needed an answer to it, especially since there are explanations and clarifications to make
