I love fasting but every time I stand up or go to walk somewhere my vision goes to shit. This always used to happen but it's even worse when im fasting I've had to sit on the floor multiple times today to catch my fucking breath and let my senses go back to normal bc I haven't eaten in days and my entire body is super tired and weak rn.
