My first convention experience was an utter dream. I got to hang with some of my beautiful Legends family, meet wonderful actors from other shows and finally meet the incredible Legends fandom. It was non-stop laughter and smiles (when in doubt, get Matt to do an Al Pacino impression). Thank you all, so much, for such a fun and joyous weekend. ⁣

jesmacallan: In the midst of organizing some exciting travel to reunite with some Legends fam, I received the news that our beloved little @cw_legendsoftomorrow was finished. I hate goodbyes and I certainly can’t find the words to express what this show has meant to me and so many others… so I won’t try to find words. officialsudzsutherland: These humans gave us 7 seasons of superhero fun and it was announced yesterday that they were taking a bow. It was my pleasure and privilege to work with this killer cast and crew as a Director. It was always overwhelming to see them at play and they truly loved working with each other. One day we had to do a very boring motion control rig where the whole cast had to participate, but one at a time over several passes. Instead of going back to their trailers or off set when they were done, they all sat on the floor and cheered their fellow cast members on until the last one was done. LOVE. That love shone through to the other side of the screen. It was a unique show where we got to play in the timeline and alternate universes and the sandbox of culture. This TV kid appreciated it because watching this show rewarded folks who grew up in front of the tube. Thanks @philklemmer for inviting me to the party and for being a beacon for a future where you can be as weird as you want, where you can love who you want, and you can be as funny AF.

liviaswann: For my first TV job out of drama school, I don’t think I could have wished for a better one. The last three years on Legends have been an absolute playground for me - ruling hell, getting trapped on tv, dressing up like a cowboy, fighting aliens and robots and becoming an animated princess and that’s only, like, four episodes. It’s a show full of laughter, joy and heart, a show that champions misfits and celebrates found family, and working on it has been one of the best experiences of my life.

Speaking of family, I can honestly and happily say that I have found family in so many of the cast and crew. Truly beautiful souls, inside and out, who are genuinely funny, kind and look out for each other. It’s been an honour getting to share so many wonderful moments with them and I will cherish all the memories we’ve shared. I know I’ve made bonds for life and I couldn’t be more grateful.

⁣⁣And of course, Astra, the Queen of Hell who became a full blown witch. I grew with her, admired her and she taught me so much about strength, resilience and taking shit from no one. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣Thank you to everyone who watched and loved our zany little show, your unwavering support made our jobs even more joyful. ⁣⁣

talaashe: For a moment in time, I got to play a superhero (the first Muslim-American live-action one at that!). So many time periods, costumes, stories and laughs. God so many laughs. This show changed my life and I will treasure the relationships I made for the rest of my life.

Gutted to not have a proper goodbye with the Legends family, but grateful for the time we had together. Good reminder that we’re not promised anything.

Forever grateful to Phil Klemmer & @marcguggenheim for hiring me, to @gberlanti and Mark Pedowitz for always supporting our unicorn of a show, our genius writers and THE FINEST CREW IN THE BIZ- to everyone who supported us, who “got” our show and our incredible fans- the best of the best.
