i keep getting the same follower over and over again n i have no idea whats going on

like its a blog tht posts the most basic surface level anarchist/communist/antifascist memes w so much tagspam. like im anarchist myself but it feels very off. and every time i block it it comes back with a similar name postin the same memes w the same tags.
