fallout nv writing so good and witty because you have this almost century old state expanding through colonization, displacement, various levels of cultural erosion and genocide, ethnic cleansing, war crimes, etc. but then they are framed as ''wholesome antifascists'' because here comes an army that does the exact same thing but they are shamelessly self aware of their crimes, and their male-only military force has skirts as part of their uniform.

ok ok but hear me out because the implications of this are huge.

for the sake of argument let us assume that mr. MarkThompson is correct in his claim that a communion wafer no longer contains gluten or carbohydrate when it is blessed and is instead only comprised of the body of christ, but still has the capability of interacting with the body the same way bread would (ie. bread with gluten would aggravate celiac’s disease). now in understanding that the same reaction would occur to a person with celiac’s prior to or post-transubstantiation, jesus (his body) would be comprised of the same elements that aggravate celiac’s as an unconsecrated communion wafer or other unleavened bread would. that is to say that the priest (or other holy figure) who blesses the bread effectively turns the ingredients of said bread into jesus’ body. 

knowing this and putting aside the morality of these actions, could it be understood that if i went to subway and asked for my sandwich on flatbread, i could ask my local minister to bless my sandwich so i could eat the body of christ for lunch? if i became a minister, i could consecrate a large amount of the appropriate bread, open a sandwich shop, and offer grilled cheesus paninis? if someone with celiac’s disease were able to meet jesus in person, would taking a bite out of jesus’ body aggravate the disease? does this logic apply to wine as well? if i drink consecrated wine must i drink jesus responsibly?
