This isn't exactly what I had in mind but I really wanted to draw Weylin with all five magic rings. They're artifacts in the game that allow you to use (from left to right on my pic) Fire, Life, Cure, Blizzard and Thunder at all times, without needing a magicite. The pink one? It's just an error; Esuna ring doesn't exist lmao.

Then you have Holy, Gravity and Meteor rings that are new in the remastered version, but I haven't included them here. Although that's pretty cool too. Especially Meteor that you couldn't normally cast (unless you have one of the Selkie's ultimate weapon... <3)

The default ring design is the Fire one. I went slightly "creative" for the others. =P

Nooo I was innocently cleaning chapter 3 when I came with a new idea for how the events could go a bit differently during chapters 3 to 5 buuut it would be... idk, it's not necessary, it just gives more action/drama/suspense and also it might add too much spotlight on Ramsey? but I want to keep the focus somewhat even* between the characters and also I like how things are already, even if softer?

edit: *not even in those specific chapters since chapter 5 definitely focuses only on a few of them. but I mean overall. somewhat. I know it's not the case but i don't wanna make the gaps bigger.

Summary:

The caravanners from Tipa set off for a new journey in order to protect their village from the miasma. As they travel the lands to collect myrrh, the turn of events further triggers their interest over a certain "unknown element" that could be the key to reach new territories . . . which may ultimately lead Tipa's caravanners to make fateful choices.

Not gonna lie I don't remember ever reading someone else's fanfic/take on FFCC because

- I didn't want my headcanons and story to be influenced by other people's

- i was worried to be jealous of their work lmao

To this day I'm still not going into this (have many things to read already anyway) but well who knows, one day, maybe, if it comes from a buddy?

I did borrow someone's headcanon on the Yukes (under helmet) appearance when seeing their art though. It's been a while now but I think I had told/tagged them but the art is gone from tumblr now. :(

The caravanners are home and, among other things, Roy still has a lot to reflect upon, the team wonders what lies beyond the known regions of their maps and about a mysterious miasma stream? And it turns out that something is off with the safe area that protects the village...

I wasn't aiming for a super worked and perfect pic -many things could be better- but I've already done much more than I had planned, so I'll consider it good enough.

You cannot have caravanners and not draw them all reunited around a camp fire at night. I think it's actually the first time I'm doing it though, oops. At long last. :')
