God I fucking hate myself. The smallest fucking things make my entire mood change. Not even exaggerating. One second I’m happy and hanging out and whatever, then someone makes a comment and suddenly I feel guilty, ashamed of my interests, and just terrible about myself. One comment. Even so the comment wasn’t even supposed to be derogatory. I overthink. Then I start to feel bad. And then worse. And then like shit. And then I start to make stupid decisions. And I can never know when I’m actually being serious or I actually have proper opinions on stuff. Because they’re always. Always. Dependent on others. I fucking. Hate it.
