I went for a run and listened to this mission on Oct 23rd. Finally had a bit of room to move and exercise after two days of just sitting around attending meetings.

I ran this mission on Oct 21st. I don’t remember much about the run itself but I remember having to go to work afterwards. It was a weekend. Had to fill in for someone else.

Zombies Run S3M52 Shiver Me Timbers

I ran this mission on October 19th along the Potomac again. The temperature was quite warm and I enjoyed not having to bring a jacket.

Zombies Run S3M51 Bad Moon Rising

I ran this mission on Oct 17th. I did 3 miles and enjoyed the scenery by the Potomac. Running with friends sure is nice, except when they complain about running the entire time.

This mission was the only time I found Amelia tolerable… somewhat.

Janine saying that one day she may have to kill her own younger brother gave me shivers. What did he do to deserve it?

Zombies Run S3M50 Listen All You People

I ran the C&O Canal while listening to this mission. Big mistake though being at the C&O as the gravel path had lots of puddles due to the rain from the previous night.

In other news, my teeth are in disarray. I’ve been going to the dentist almost every other week to fix some of the ones that have cracked due to old fillings. I did this run on Oct 12th after a very hectic three days at work. I didn't get my three-day weekend. Hope I can replace it with another day this year.

I ran this on Oct 1st and had such a great time. It was a really nice day with me going around the block over and over for thirty minutes. The sidewalk I was on had uphills and downhills in a 1km loop. Perfect.

I started running again now that I feel better. Still have a stuffed nose but not as bad as before.
