Time and again, we are reminded of our past heartaches, frustrations, and failures. Fast forward to now, everything is better than before— a testament that things can only get better.
Have a meaningful Holy Week to one and all and may we continue healing.

Today officially marks the first day of spring. This day reminds us that self-growth means moving on slowly, breaking away steadfastly, and moving forth tirelessly.

I saw this on the table of our common room in our building. Such an uplifiting note from a random stranger for another random stranger. I hope whoever gets this enjoys it and pays it forward. 😊

When life gets a little blurred, we often forget how blessed we are. I met a young man who presented with fluid in his lungs from his terminal stage cancer. Breathing became laborious as he tried to inhale deeply. Similar to a balloon, the lungs could not fully expand because the pleural fluid competes with space. We removed the fluid from his lung, started treatment and he started his journey to recovery.
Going home I realized how blessed I am to be able breathe in and out freely— the simple things that make us move forward are the ones we barely notice.
