I feel like I'm in a really negative slump lately. Maybe it's exhaustion, maybe it's hopelessness (maybe it's Maybelline).

I keep circling to the thought of when do I have to stop streaming? When do I go and work a call centre job? I'm just a nothing.

Yup, that's the sign. I gotta start taking the supplements again. Yes indeed.

Social Media Ponderings

With Social Media being in a state of more noticeable chaos this week it got me thinking about how I position myself on the internet. I've always been curious and fascinated by social media, I used to joke that if you could have an account on something I would.

I feel I could have always done more with the presence and following that I have, instead, I hold back and just observe mostly. Afraid to share my opinions lest I be disliked or hated by people I don't even know, or thought I'm too weird or childish or just ostracized like I was in my early school years because I was "different". I think it's obvious I have a people-pleasing complex and it's so hard to just freely be me. Thinking about everyone else all the time is exhausting! If I just started posting somewhere unashamedly what would happen? Would it bring me more joy? Would I be more knowledgeable on the topics I proclaim to enjoy but know bupkis about? I don't know what posting unashamedly would look like or how that would end up making me feel, don't even know how I'd get the ball rolling with the motivation and confidence to do so. One day, we'll see.
