so um... I've been playing for 4 days now... and I always thought that the lil herb icon in explore was just a decoration. I didn't realize it was actually a quick item drop down until I accidentally clicked on it.

yeah, staff really needs to make that more apparent

like, maybe when your health is low it kind of glows but not in an obnoxious way? or maybe flashes?

o/ so. Wolvden. I can tell you (with slight guilt) that I've put lioden on hold and have been playing exclusively wolvden, because I like it that much more than lioden. Wolvden is difficult, but that's part of what makes it fun! Besides the absolutely amazing art, there is a lot to do and a lot to interact with. Keeping a pack requires planning and upkeep to a degree you have to pay attention and actively work towards your goals!! I like this so much! On lioden you just kinda... hoarded stuff (lions/items) and waited. Of course you could level up your lions with explore and hunting but... theres no real reason to? The most you really worry about is getting to dreamboat and you're good. On wolvden tho! Having cool stuff unlocked at different levels is a+! Gives you a reason to keep playing and keep grinding for exp. And!!! Stats matter!!!! That makes me very happy. It's not just a near plain cosmetic thing to have high stats - it actually helps with gameplay a lot!

Now, me being a working person means I dont have a lot of time to play. On lioden I could comfortably keep a pride of 30 or so lions and not worry much about anything except feeding day. On wolvden, I tried to have ~18 wolves and Ha yeah that wasnt going to work. I dont have time to get all the food and toys necessary for upkeep. I had to reduce my pack down to 12 and that still might be too much some days. I have to be more mindful of what wolves I can keep and what wolves arent worth my time to keep around even if they're sorta pretty. It's hard! But it's definitely fun and makes me have to plan ahead. I am a little sad that I cant have a second hunting party or just some extras for breeding around, but that's just due to time constraint.

I do want one free play action with your wolves! That does 10% mood! That would make things so much better! Because honestly with how social wolves are, I expected there to be a lot more ways to socialize with your pack. Understandably, maybe these things are planned for future updates but I do find this is something I'm looking for!
