you’re all sunsets and butterflies and feelings i can’t shake. you are roses without thorns, passion without pain. you are warmth and safety and you make me feel deserving. i can’t keep myself away from you.

your eyes are piercing, gentle, intense. you see right through the walls i’ve built around myself, you explore every vulnerable and flawed part of me, and even still you’re convinced i’m perfect. you’re an ocean, i find myself drowning in you often and i don’t give a fuck about the oxygen.

i want to sew myself into you, build a castle in the depths of your soul. i want to stitch the seams meticulously enough to believe there’s no chance of breakage. i want to wrap myself in every word you’ve ever spoken, immerse myself in the soft eyes i think about every fucking second of every fucking day.
