Honestly the horrendous takes I saw from Sainz fans or other fans of drivers about the Sainz/Charles thing in the sprint is insane. Sainz literally pushed Charles off the track so obviously Charles was frustrated on the radio and yāall are more concerned and angry about what Charles said on the radio than the move Sainz pulled. And before yāall come and say āitās racingā or āhe doesnāt have a seat so he owns them nothing and does his best to be seen by other teamsā first of all I am not against teammates fighting each other but when itās dirty racing like that against a teammate in a sprint race while risking potential damage on the car when qualifying is literally after mind you then obviously I will call it out and secondly Sainz absolutely doesnāt need to push off his teammate to be seen by other team letās be clear about that. Itās just an excuse that you all use to justify Sainz at this point. Anyway it just shows the hypocrisy of a majority of the f1 fanbase because if it was Charles who pulled something like this all the people defending Sainz right now and calling that ānormal racingā would probably insult Charles right now.
Lestappeners relating everything charles does to verstappen is deeply annoying. The dog being called Leo has nothing to do with verstappen I promise you š
Honestly it was such a good race from Charles Iām really happy, as he said he just needs to work a bit on his qualy but he seems pretty confident about it so itās good. Also itās worth to point that itās Charles who initiated the call of 1 stop and it paid out so very great call made by him. Obviously he is a bit disappointed to finish p4 but the qualy impacted his race so it was a very good recovery, he had great pace especially on his medium stint
It took me so long to answer this because it required scholarly attention š¤š but here you go boldlettered my love, my top five piarles moments:
5. White Ferrari with pierre in the passenger seat wearing a CL16 Ferrari cap while charles giggles manically
4. Charles gifting pierre an mp3 player pre-loaded with their celebratory screams and pierre immediately going āwe sound the sameā
3. Whatever the hell was going on during the entirety of that squeezie video but especially the āi can always tell when charles is lying, when his dimples come outā
2. Cheating a bit but all their combined sports dates (and the mere fact that we have multiple), ie basketball date 1.0, tennis dates 1&2, all the footie games, and of course THE basketball date 2.0 that gave us this: (wrong ball pierre)
1. Charles sneaking out of medical before being cleared to go watch pierres podium in monza. Like this is how movies and shows tell us character a is in love with character b

Iām getting tired of some Charles fans saying āhe should be more selfishā or be āmore like maxā Charles is his own person and if you donāt get that then go support Verstappen itās that easy. Seeing people constantly questioning his mentality and his driving while claiming to be his fans is tiring.
carlos confirmed in multiple interviews he had the same brake issue as charles. that p4 looks pretty pathetic now
Hello anon. Let's take a look, shall we?
Did Carlos have work done on his brake ducts right before the race?
Fred's full post-race comments from the Ferrari app:
Fred specifially mentions Charles's issues with his brakes, also resulting in flatspotting his tyres early on in the race (which also results in a rougher ride, slower laps, earlier pit stop). There is no mention of the same for Carlos.
What Carlos said in post-race interviews:
It describes overheating, a fairly normal thing to happen during the race, and drivers know how to manage this.
In contrast, what Charles described (via F1.com):
So the first 20 laps with completely unpredictable brakes and the rest of the race having one side not brake at all, while the other side was braking too much.
During the broadcast, Crofty asked Martin Brundle what he would pick: an overheating car or one with brake issues. Martin said he would pick overheating because you can manage it, while brake issues are dangerous and unpredictable. (Not a direct quote, but what I recall from memory. Feel free to drop the exact quote in my inbox.)
I beg people to not overreact after these fp2, Charles race pace was actually decent and his qualy laps were massively impeded. Because I already see people underestimating Charles
someone saying charles being bad at other sports is a pr strategy... some of y'all take f1 too serious for my liking plus riding so hard for a rich white man while bashing the other simultaneously is very funny it was never that deep stop picking apart everything the drivers do wdc just watch the sport and keep that shit to yourself
My god some of yāall are proper weirdos and deeply annoying with always having Charles name in your mouth to talk badly about him. āHis pr is cringeā āHis pr tactics means he wonāt become a world championā. Iām not even surprised that itās Max and Lando fans talking bullshit like these for whatever reasons
