I’d love to see a drink off against Maomao and Ah Duo. Of all the people who Maomao could go against I think Ah Duo would most likely be the best competition. (Maomao would win still, but at least Ah Duo would put up a better fight than those farmers….)

Convinced if Maomao ever does end up birthing a child that she will not even realize the baby has been born until she hears it crying. The physician will probably be like ‘Congrats!’ And Maomao will lift her head up, look down, and eye the baby.

While Jinshi will be looking at her from the other side of the room with the same expression he wore when he found out about Lihaku and Maomao’s excursion to the pleasure district.

(set five years after the snake incident)

hc that Jude once got a really nasty cold after a visit to Vivi and Heather's. She brings it back to Elfhame and tries to wave it off as nothing. Cardan knows she's struggling though. When dawn breaks and the fae are all falling off to sleep Cardan feels her skin in their chambers and discovers her to be boiling.

"You could cook a pheasant on your skin, dearest."

Jude fails to respond instead falling onto their bed, still dressed in her day attire. Snoring sounds are heard no more than a minute later.

Cardan, in a tizzy, calls upon Oak who he knows is in Elfhame at the moment. When Oak arrives to his sister and Cardan's chambers he takes one look at Jude and tells Cardan not to worry. She has a cold.

"A cold? She's blazing!" Cardan counters.

"Hang on. Let me get something from my room." Oak departs and comes back with a bottle of motrin.

"What's this?" Cardan asks, shaking the contents of the pill bottle.

"It'll help make her feel better while the virus runs it's course. Should only be a few day thing. Remind her to read the label."

where she’s tossed into the poisonous bug and snake chamber and when she’s finally released she’s in the middle of eating one of the snakes, and used her hairpins to kill most of the bugs and snakes.

Picturing Jinshi not leaving Maomao’s side after the ceremony incident. I can imagine Suiren having to almost pull him away from Maomao’s bedside, while medics are trying to stitch her leg and bandage her face.

“Be careful.” He would chastise as he watches from a few feet away.

At the end of it all and she’s finally resting without tending to, I could see Gaoshun having to urge him to his own quarters to get some rest of his own.
