Stop being low vibrational

Let’s start focusing on our thoughts and what we’re thinking. Leta take note of those things, if you’re thinking negatively try to immediately change your thinking 💭


Simple things I do is:
- Controlling my emotions and being aware of my thoughts.
- Mindset switching and giving myself a new belief in myself.
- Honor yourself, don’t change up your morals for anyone 
- Pray and talk to God , he will never leave or forsake you. He is the Truth, The Way, and the Light.
- Journaling, write down your Feelings and Thoughts. Write down Goals and Dreams Also write them down in past tense. 
- Take walks. I learn to walk by myself and you can hear natural, God May talk to you and you can also control what your thinking. This the best time to talk to yourself and affirm to yourself.
- Breathing. who needs to learn how to breathe right? But it’s important especially if you have anxiety. Breathing techniques can help calm down your mind and body and get you back to a calm state.

Can I Let y’all come inside my mind for a second…
We tend to hold our esteem very high where we don’t want to crumble, we don’t want to sit with ourselves and recognize the parts of ourselves that are damaged.


But at some point it will come a time you will have to call out all the issues and the toxic ways within yourself and accept it and know - this is what it is. Then release it.


With all that was going on with me, I didn’t give myself time to sit in it and understand it. I wanted to make it go away and I didn’t want to honor the bad things that were constantly surfacing in my mind. I would have to always put a band-aid which mean it could not be seen by others but more importantly not be seen by me. Soon my trauma and issues would start to reveal and return as the band-aid began to peel away.


I want everyone to know we ALL are Human, and no one walking this earth is perfect. That you will make many mistakes, you will fall, you won’t always get what you want, your heart will be broken, you will be toxic at time, Ppl will dishonor you……….. you will make mistakes but you also will fix them


But GIVE YOURSELF Grace. And Grace is extended when you learn the lesson and you understand where the correction is needed and you promise yourself that you won’t go through and do the same things. That is when Grace is sufficient. 
Act on Love … pure love … real love ❤️


You are beautiful 
You are wholesome 
You are profound and 
You are needed
Someone loves you 
Someone cares


You are surrounded by beauty and beauty is you.

First off, Pick a place you can go once a week, get familiar with the place and staff.
It can be high-end(Luxury) or casual, It all depends on your vibe.

Next, Do your hair, makeup get yourself together. Pick a fragrance, put some jewelry on and lotion up. Just all thee above.

Sit there. Order a drink and/or some food. 
If you start to get anxiety because you by yourself get a journal to write, put a AirPod in your ear listen to music or be on your phone. But definitely Get a drink, you will be fine. I promise.

Get comfy! Start getting in the routine to start doing solo activities with yourself. It’s a great way to get out there. Spend this time working on yourself. 
Then you won’t fall for bullshit!

When you date yourself & you learn yourself & you become ok with being with yourself - you don’t settle! It’s time to get right within and start figuring out what you want .

I use to want to be chosen , now I chose myself and it’s fuckn amazing 🤩 
Not anyone can come into your space and disturb your peace once you enjoy being alone.

So if a guy ask you what do you want, you say: I want the love 💕 that I give to myself x2
It’s a mindset switch - pray , manifest , and have faith 

Now get out and date yourself and start taking care of yourself rather you in a relationship or not. It’s time learn yourself on a deeper level and give yourself all the love that you can. 

And that’s why dating yourself is so important
