Also it’s named after/inspired by the song Breezeblocks by alt-j since I was listening to that on repeat while writing this. probably gonna do a continuation in future.

“Why don’t you kill humans?” The voice of Sukuna rang out clear behind you as you spared the curse a glance. Perched on your ledge, almost cat-like as you looked down at the village below.

“Oh no I do,” You corrected, as though it were the most casual thing in the world. With ashen-skin, pale-eyes and limbs that seemed a bit too long, not in the lanky sort of way, more in a skeletal fashion you could have passed for a ghost as easily as you did for a curse. “But I suppose I don’t need that to be fed, you know? They even have a name for me now too.” You said with a chuckle, crossing your hands over your knees and resting your cheek against them as you smiled at the curse. “They call me autophobia, the fear of being alone.”

“I like [Name] better.” Sukuna said dully, sheathing his katana with one of his four arms.

The relationship the two of you had was a strange one, humans would have called it affectionate, maybe even loving, though whether curses were capable of such a thing was a discussion for another day. Maybe it was your own quiet, borderline passive nature. Your methods of destruction weren’t quite as straightforward as your companions, a more tortuous sadistic terror was your particular specialty, driving their mind with terror and loneliness as the depression swallowed the whole. Sukuna would never admit it out loud, but there was a certain beauty to your method, sure it might never top the glory of battle and the feel of blood on his hands and the scent of iron cote the battle field. Still, your elegant horror was one he could admire, despite it all.

context : during the cursed womb arc! you’re a second year student (surveying the first year) and although you’re capable of fighting grade one and even special grade curses; protecting three first years is not easy.

(( also elements of (y/n) being his reincarnated lover bc i like that dynamic ))

‘this is the worst case scenario’ you thought silently, eyeing the laughing special grade curse before you. your heart pounded against your chest as you slowly glanced at the two first years behind you, itadori yuuji and fushiguro megumi.

you knew megumi was capable but still, yuuji had little to no experience. not to mention- nobara was missing.

“megumi, leave me and yuuji. go find nobara.” you ordered, turning your attention back to the curse who was smiling sinisterly at you. megumi’s eyes widened, mouth open to protest but you cut him off. “please- go. send a signal when you’re out.” you said sternly, taking a sharp inhale.

megumi reluctantly took off, looking back at you one last time before muttering a quiet ‘stay safe’ and ran off.

yuuji looked at you nervously as the curse held its arms in front of it, a massive ball of cursed energy formed. the pressure was overwhelming, it made your throat dry as the curse readied itself.

“yuuji get behind me!” you shouted as the curse released the ball of immense energy. you held up your arm, forcing your cursed technique to activate. a protective barrier formed around you but even then- the barrier cracked.

you noticed immediately but kept it up to protect yuuji. it was incredibly draining and when the blast had whipped past you two, your energy was well spent.

“aha… you certainly are a special grade.” you glared at the laughing curse, seemingly mocking you.

…

it wasn’t long before your own energy started to run low. yuuji did his best but getting close was dangerous and that barrier of yours was close to breaking each time the curse fired off another ball of energy.

you did your best to keep the special grade protected but your mind kept wandering, thinking about the safety of the other two students. it was naive of you to think of your underclassmen during these circumstances because you were hit directly by an unexpected ball of energy.

your chest caved and blood spluttered out of your mouth. you felt the searing white pain of your back smashing into the concrete. your tried to open your eyes but your vision failed you, blurring everything.

“(y/n)!” yuuji’s voice reached your ears before you heard him scream. crimson filled your eyes as yuuji’s hand flew off. your eyes widened, trying to force your body to move but nothing happened.

‘is… this it?’ you silently cursed at yourself for being so weak. tears of anger welled your waterline as the cursed approached you. yuuji was unconscious, laying on the ground. your breathing started to get irregular, hyperventilating as your doom seemingly approached.

you heard a howl in the distant, megumi’s demon dogs informing you that nobara and him were safe. that was reassuring at least.

however, the curse moved its hands towards you, a sinister smile on its lips and your braced for the worst.

but nothing ever came.

your ears filled with the screams of the curse. you opened your eyes to feel the warm blood of the curse splatter onto your face as the arm of the curse was cut clean. it stumbled backwards as it cried.

you saw yuuji- with the unmistakeable black tattoos- sukuna approaching your weak body, picking you up from the ground.

“how dare you touch my possession- this human belongs to me you understand? or will another arm suffice for your incompetence?” he hissed at the special grade curse who was howling in pain.

you were far too weak to speak so you eyed him carefully. sukuna’s attention turned to you before finding a relatively safe spot and placed you down. “stay here, ill take care of that incompetence garbage.” a soft kiss pressed against your forehead before he gently tapped your forehead, effectively knocking you out.

netflix and chill with itadori, fushiguro, kugisaki and gojo 🎞 (sfw)

another very random and indulgent piece

doesn’t even pay for a netflix subscription but somehow has several logins saved on his laptop (nobara’s netflix, gojo’s netflix, and nanami’s hbo/starz account)

is really down to watch anything, but prefers movies over a tv series

cuddles you while you watch, but won’t do anything other than that. in fact, he’ll be nervous about making the wrong move for the first twenty minutes until he finally zones into the movie and forgets all about it

we’ve established that movies and snacks go hand in hand with this guy, but did you know he will also accidentally smack in your ear as he chews. terrible, i know

has never slept through a movie in his life; has a pretty long attention span for things he’s interested in. sadly, there are really only a handful of things like that. so everything else bores him to death

loved inception but didn’t completely understand it, still thinks it’s pretty cool though

pays for every single streaming platform available and uses vpn to get shows from other countries too

loves movies, but when y’all are chilling, she’ll prefer to watch a few episodes of a show together with you. for example, it took you both three months just to get through season one of riverdale because she refused to watch it without you

not much of a snacker other than popcorn or something

has a million pillows and blankets, and yet still chooses to huddle close to you while netflix and chilling. she’ll either keep an arm around your waist or shoulder, it doesn’t matter as long as she’s in contact with you in some way

never misses anything. like she could literally retell an entire episode of stranger things without missing a single detail

nobara would be really good at reviewing shows and movies too, but she won’t watch anything on netflix that she doesn’t already have a 90% or higher match with and she’s stubborn about it too, which is why you’d probably have to beg and plead for her to watch anime

doesn’t have any streaming subscriptions at all so you’ll have to use your own for netflix and chill

not much of a tv watcher either, but he’ll be very receptive if it’s a film or show based on a book he’s read. however, be prepared, he will also be quite critical of it too

documentaries are also good, but fushiguro’s only interested in the ones about animals. he legit watched blackfish twice, and several episodes of our planet

might’ve been into startrek if he had a netflix for himself. you’ve given him your login to use but he always forgets the password

fushiguro really only does the netflix and chill thing to spend time with you, that’s honestly it. he likes it when you sit between his legs and lean back on him, that way his arms are always around you, squeezing and holding you

will fall asleep in the middle of a movie with no hesitation. he doesn’t even try to fight it. when he wakes up, he’ll ask you to fill him in because “that’s good enough for me”

has a netflix and hulu, and somehow uses both a whole lot, but honestly only found out that yuji was using it too when he went to watch kakegurui and it was already completed.

loves to netflix and chill with you, emphasis on the chill; it’s one of his favorite ways to relax when you two manage to have the same day off

two words: wandering hands. 

they start off on your thigh and then before you know it, you’re not even paying attention to the movie since you’re too busy sucking face with him like a pair of horny teens

his netflix algorithm must be nuts, because he will watch any and everything, so you always get to choose what y’all get into. 9 times out of 10, he’s probably seen it already

sometimes he has the decency not to spoil it for you, other times he’ll be a little shit about it to be funny-

netflix and chill with gojo is usually accompanied by some form of takeout. could be pizza, or anything as long as it’s greasy. doordash is his best friend.

You throw the bottle of jasmine tea, you recently bought from the vending machine at Gojou. Which he caught effortlessly.

"Catch."

"You're supposed to say catch before you throw something, what if you hit my beautiful face?" he says with a pout, holding the bottle of tea in his hand.

"Yeah right, like it would even hit you." You sneereed as you walked towards him to sit beside him on the bench overlooking the courtyard. As you crack open a can of coffee you bought along with his drink to take a sip.

"Rough day?" He asks you as he takes a sip from his tea. "Rough day" you say as you glare at the trees swaying in the distance, taking a big gulp of your black coffee. As the wind, blows towards you bothーyour hair moves along with the wind. The fresh mountain breeze does wonders in calming your irritated mood. "Fuu~, feels great!" Gojou half shouts, raising his arms to as if to embrace the wind. You glanced at him and almost choked on your drink. His blindfold was off, his blue eyes shiningーlooking towards the distance as his hair dances with the wind. "When did he even take his blindfold off?!" You thought as you continued to stare at him, trying to make sense of the sight you're seeing.

Gojou who feels you staring, turns to look at you. Your eyes grow wide with awe as his ocean blue eyes stare straight back at you. Eyes, so blue, so clear, just like the sky. His usually spiked hair was also down, framing his face beautifully. As if caught in trance you couldn't look away from him, you feel lost within his eyes, all the frustration from before melting away.

"Wow..." you whisper absentmindedly, you could feel your fingers losing their grip on your coffee. "Like what you see~?" Gojou says smugly with a smirk on his face, mischief in his eyes.

You snapped from your trance and quickly turned away from him. Embarrassed that he caught you gaping at him. "I thought you didn't have eyes..." you say as you try to take a sip from the remainder of your coffee, feeling your cheeks growing warm, hands slightly shaking.

Gojou bursts out laughing at your unexpected response, his eyes closed and a huge smile upon his lips. "Of course I have eyes" he says trying to catch his breath. "How I am supposed to know when you always wear that blindfold!?" You snap back at him, feeling your entire face growing red. "You're so cute (Y/N) chan" he says as he turns to face you with a smile. "Don't look, don't look!" you thought and quickly faced the other way again. Feeling another blush creeping up to your cheeks again. His eyes, they're beautiful, so eternal... You feel his hand cup your cheek to turn your face towards him again. This time a soft smile gracing his lips.

"Don't look away from me, (Y/N)...."
