Jar jar has always been force sensitive, it just came out in a chaotic manner.
With this premise, everything about jar jar makes more sense. : “force powers”
Diplomacy/leadership
Dexterity of movement
Animal bonding/handeling
Force chance
When a child has a superpower, do they know it? Usually no, it expresses itself during a stressful or dangerous circumstances.
When they discover it, does it work perfectly? No, it is usually chaotic in nature.
When a mentor comes alongside and teaches them does, it get better? Yes
When they are taught to harness this power given to them, can they do great things? Absolutely.
Qui Gon Jin knew this and now you know this too. Jar jar is the key to all of this. He was the second force sensitive found. It just didn’t manifest itself as proper symptoms of force sensitivity, it manifested itself as chaos.
