Recently got hired at Earthbound and good god their dresscode is so conservative for a “progressive” store. I also work at Spencer’s, and it is Spencer’s, but suddenly being unable to express myself at a second workplace sucks. The only way to really look cute at Earthbound is layering your clothes, but I have hyperhydrosis and run hot as a person, so that isn’t an option for me even in the winter, especially when they turn up the temperature in-store.

I used to work at Chik-Fil-A so I’m grateful for anything other than khaki pants and a collared shirt, but earthbound is a little ridiculously particular on their dress-code.
