hi! i was wondering, will you ever make a slider which would allow us to elongate a dog's body in the sims 4? EA did not gave us real dachshund... and there was a sims 3 creator who made improved dachshund, but i've seen no one doing it for the sims 4....

And another ask from ages ago (April 2022). Considered - yes. But I never had the feeling that the dog slider is very good and a "finished product". I wanted to try it as soon as I'm satisfied with the dog version... but uhmm, yeah. I never "finished" it.

Hi! I was lookin at your pet dog slider mod and im so happy to find something like it! im surprised more people haven't attempted it tbh. I was curious tho, since you seem/seemed to have an issue with the floating and or being in the ground, have you considered making size presets instead/as well? It wont be as customizable but it would be easier to fix the model issues and if there's a decent range of sizes it would matter much, and Presets are easier to fix and maintain after game updates

I tried it but I wasn't satisfied at that time. I also had the feeling that a preset can't be used together with other presets for body type/whatever (no idea if this is really the case or not...).

This is also an ask but I've removed the Discord name... The question is from January... I'm sorry that I haven't answered yet but I didn't feel good and was busy due to real live the last two months. In the meanwhile I feel better but I still don't have enough time and motivation for ts4. I'll take a look on my files and then I'll check if I could send them to you via Discord. After some trouble with my laptop I had to re-install a new windows. I decided myself for win 11 and I've installed most things again (including ts3) but no ts4. To be honest I never liked the origin app and I heard the EA app isn't much better?!? I don't want that EA updates ts3 by accident...

That means for now I won't work again on the short legged slider. I don't say never but for the moment I don't have the time nor the motivation, sorry. If there's anyone who would like to give it a try, let me know and I'll share what I have and you can work on it...

I'm super sorry but this slider probably won't come from me.

I’m super sorry that I wasn’t active but I sadly had nearly zero time for sims. Currently I’ve some holidays but to be honest I was sleeping a little longer, I was a lot outside with my dogs, enjoyed some obedience training and long walks, and I’ve relaxed a lot. And I wasn’t in game one time. 😬 It seems my holidays are passing way to fast...

Yesterday I finally had time to edit my (sims) dog generators for coat genotype. I fixed the mosaic merle offspring generator and added some new functions. I also added detailed annotations to the coat color & traits generator and some new traits like hair ridge, cocoa and pandas spotting. I also edited some little things to go with new research results. Wuuhuu 😃 Btw. I’ve finally added a link/shortcut in the website menu to open these generators.

With these little additions I’d like to create some new dogs and puppies. Hehe 😀

While testing the different tunnel shapes, I noticed that my hurdles are uhmm not great at least... I’ve created a hurdle based on FCI Agility rules 2018.

After months years I finally created a TS3 mesh again. 🥳 It took me a lot of time because I forgot some steps that I have to do for the look I want. I separated the object in three parts: hurdle/post/stake, boarded part and open part. OMSP is needed to adjust both parts in height. The boarded part is 10 cm tall when placed on OMSP and it can be moved up to 50 cm with OMSP. The open part is also 10 cm tall when placed on OMSP and it could theoretically moved to a height up to 1 meter (the height of the hurdle). The hurdles are used in FCI obedience.
