Any Etsy traction has completely disappeared on me this year! 💔 I've set listings other than comics and art to not auto-renew any more, so a lot of these will only be available to buy from my Etsy shop for a little while longer. All queries and link shares all very welcome :) Thanks!
I saw a sketch by TurtlesTumblesDice posted in a mutual FB group I am part of - I reached out to ask if I could take a look and do some inking. Here is the result! This is an OC and their name is April ❤️ Thank you for letting me ink your character and so pleased to see your works in response! ❤️ A delight!!
(The "Stay ventilated" came about as we were talking about resin crafts 😆)

Five years ago I drew the protags Ian and Cortland from BREAKS, which is an acclaimed romance/drama/YA/LGBTQ+ comic by local creator and artist pal Emma Viceli, and author Malin Ryden! Now Orbit Books have picked up the series and are publishing the book trilogy!! Book 1 is out NOW, with books 2 and 3 to follow shortly. I am elated for the creators who have worked EXTREMELY HARD over the past decade to write, draw and publish this comic for us all to read. Sharing this to urge you to support the release of this work! <3
If you are near Cambridge on Saturday March 2nd, there is going to be a book launch party at Niche Comics Bookshop in Huntingdon! Please click on this link, which is a post from Emma, asking to book places to help gauge attendance. Hope to see you there too! <3
>> Two young men discovering who they were, who they are... and who they're going to be. Mistakes of the past meet ambitions for the future in a school-ground battlefield of ego, consequence and toxic masculinity. As a chain of events years in the making is slowly revealed and reckoned with, will what Cortland Hunt and Ian Tanner find in each other be enough to help them through the storm to come?
** NOTE: this series is recommended for ages 16+ **
Here is my painting of the UK's favourite grandfatherly cat!
My most favourite of the Smallfilms characters, when I was very young I was at my great-grandmother's house in the Black Country and was asked to talk about what colour Bagpuss and friends all were, because she only had a black and white television 🩷
Hi everyone! It's been a pretty bad year for everyone on Etsy I understand (eg. it's not just been me!), so I am runnng a big sale on both of my shops. The sale ends on 8th January. Happy early-New-Year!

A bit of everything this year! Not a lot to show I feel, but I took 2022 at my own pace and tried some more things (painting, cosplay). Hopefully 2023 will be a bit more constructive, I've been stuck in my own head a lot this year, art-wise.
Looking forward to seeing what you made using the hashtags artvsartist artvsartist2022 as well!
