San Miguel de Allende Mexico 2022 I’ve been enjoying the off camera flash again. Haven’t really used ocf in years. While I was in Mexico, I spent a lot of time consciously thinking of how to throw shadows and where they will land. You can see some of that here and in the last photo I posted of the guy with the cowboy hat and the couple embracing. If you look closely, there are 2 cowboy hats in the photo. Most people don’t see it at first so I guess it didn’t hit the way I wanted too but I’ll keep at it. Beautiful town with very kind locals. Sadly, it felt at times the number of retired expats out number local Mexicans. Wasn’t expecting to see so many… anyways definitely worth a visit.
Highly recommend hanging out with Alejandro at Dean Martinis House of Blues and Cantina el Cucu.

Hi Tumblr! It’s been a while. Think my last post was in 2018.
Been thinking a lot lately about using instagram more as a Rolodex of sorts to reach out to other photographers and editors and just posting my photos here.
Anyone else switch or are considering switching from IG to tumblr or another blogging platform?
