hello, parsley here.

welcome to my blog which i made what might be 2-3 years ago? i used to use this blog casually but i’ve decided to change it to like. a photo diary? photo-archive?? i dunno

tags, q&a’s, and an explanation:

so, why did i make this blog?

usually every once in a while, i completely empty out my camera roll because my phone complains about not having enough storage. what i would usually do is make a private discord server and go through the hundreds of thousands of photos on my phone, and save them on that server. over time, this got very difficult and stressful to sort through 13,000 photos. “but, why not upload them onto a computer?” i’m like a boomer; uploading pictures onto a computer is so confusing and daunting for me.

so! my solution? i upload certain photos that i have an emotional attachment to on the internet! which. is a little intimidating but. at least i get to share bits and pieces of my favourite memories with others :)

lets get down to it

- parsley is not my real name; it’s just a name i go by on the internet. i just like parsley lol it’s a nice herb

- i am a 19 year old university student who needs hobbies to keep themselves sane

- currently i only have 10,000 pictures to go through! honestly could be worse

- my posting schedule will be very spontaneous; either i’ll spam 15 posts in one day or not post for like 4 months. i don’t want to take this blog too seriously:)

- most of these photos are taken with my phone! my current phone is a iphone 14 pro, but i’ll make sure to tag what camera i used for my photos. i’ll specify in the tags!

i will be using the following tags for personal organization:

i will also put some little blurbs in the tags if i remember anything from the day i took the pictures!
