Twisted Wonderland- Flight Contest

"Alright, students! It's time to test your abilities on the broom again!" Coach Vargas shouts fanatically. "Grab yourself a broom and fly higher than last time!"

Everyone lines up to grab a broom and ready themselves before flying up in the air. Alice and Grim walk over to Vargas to retreat their personal brooms for the lesson. Grim grips the smaller size in his paws and scampers off to join Ace and Deuce as she calms her nerves and tightens her grip on the handle.

She stands with her group and ready herself to fly up with them, all four of them struggling to keep their balance. Her feet leave the ground and slowly rise up in the air, focusing on her balance and calmness.

Ace and Deuce's brooms climbs to a higher height before, but not by much. Grim and Alice are still close to the ground which Ace instantly teases them for. Deuce defends her by pointing out the fact riding brooms isn't a thing in her world and will need more time to grow comfortable. Ace doesn't care and continues his teasing while Grim boils in annoyance.

The creature tries to fly higher than Ace, but the goal is a tougher than he thought. She drops down and plants her feet back on the ground, looking to the three continuing the lesson. Vargas comes over and tells her to not stop for she hasn't finished today's lesson.

"I can't do it, Coach Vargas. I'm too scared of falling and the height itself."

"Don't worry about falling, there's a magic net on the field in case of unfortunate rowdiness," he confidently speaks.

Her head rises slightly in surprise. "There's a net?"

"Of course! We can't have beginners having a nasty fall! Now, get back on your broom and show Trappola how it's done!" He gives her a smack on the back.

The wind gets knock of her and takes a moment to breathe before sitting on the broom again and flying up. She inhales deeply, hearing Ace taunting her, and reminds herself there's a net. She slowly mentally commands the magical broom Vargas made for her and rises, passing Grim, Deuce and coming face to face with Ace.

"You were saying, Ace?" She smugly responds.

He annoyingly frowns. "You only got up here after getting a prep talk from Vargas." He smirks. "I bet you can't go higher than me." He rises his broom higher.

Deuce joins up with her and comments about teaching Ace a lesson. She nods and both of them climb to greet the redhead. She asks Deuce to keep talking to her attention on him and not the ground. He gladly helps and chats about whatever on his mind.

The two meet up with Ace and tease him back. He furls his brows and thinks up another challenge, switching position on the broom and daring them to do the same. Deuce shouts to not be reckless as she looks at her broom.

The ground is clearly far from where she is and feels her nerves screaming to go back to the surface before something happens. She knows she shouldn't bully a child, but that child is rude.

She moves her leg to side seat the broom and tries to keep her eyes on the handle instead of the ground, her heart pounding against her ribcage. She sits herself properly and turns her head to look at Ace, just to fall backwards. Her legs hook around the handle and hangs upsidedown in the sky.

Both boys yell and guide their brooms under her to help her sit up. Deuce scolds Ace for suggesting such a thing as Ace annoyingly frowns at how right the blue haired boy is. She thinks to herself and decides to put her arms behind her head and look at Ace.

"Bet you can't fly upsidedown." She floats away and descends to the field.

Her body lies flatly on the grass, calming her heart from her soul almost leaving her body. Vargas leans over her, praising the improvement she made today. She frowns at the loud booming voice.

The class come down to get told how much they improved. Vargas shows disappointment in Grim from barely making any improvement, then praises Ace and Deuce for the high they both reached. However, he lectures Trappola for challenging an inexperienced student and almost causing them to fall.

She comes over and gets glares from Ace and Grim. The redhead calls her a showoff and the creature shouts how she upstaged him. Deuce sighs at the two and looks over to her to see her smirking.

"You started it, Ace. If you didn't want me to show how better I am than you, don't pick a battle you can't win."

"Excuse me?! You gave up before I challenged you. You wouldn't have gotten that high if it wasn't for me motivating you."

"Motivating?" Her face sours. "Yeah, insulting a person is motivating," she flatly responds with a hint of annoyance.

Ace smirks confidently. "I wouldn't say it was insults, but it convinced you to meet me up there."

"And outshine you." He instantly frowns at the comment.

Grim complains about his score and how his hench human did better than him. She tells him again she's not his henchman. Deuce nips the upcoming argument from the roots and recommends getting a snack.

The three realize their growling stomachs and agree in union. The group walk back to the school and inside the locker room. Alice splits off to the coach's office to retreat her uniform and dash into the public bathroom to change, then tosses the P.E. clothes in the locker and slips the key in her bookbag.

She waits by the doors to the hallway with Grim and searches through her bag for a possible snack, unsure if she packed one. The creature's stomach growls, demanding food to silence it.

"Stop yelling, I don't know if I have anything."

"Then let's buy something from vending machine." He lifts his arms.

"I didn't bring money with me to school. I want every leftover cash we have to be saved for emergencies."

"My empty stomach is an emergency!"

She blankly stares at him. "No it isn't."

The boys exit and approaches the two, entering the hallway together while chatting. She finds a mango bread and demands Grim ask nicely if he truly wants it.

Obey Me-Textbook

The halls are booming with voices and sounds of students, all racing to their lockers or next classes. Milady walks through the crowds of demons and keeps herself unnoticeable to the unfriendly villains. Despite already having three pacts on her back, she doesn't want to lose her skin here.

She enters the classroom and takes her seat, taking out a notebook and pencil. It has been almost a month since she came here, ripped from her home to admit a school for demons. The top of her back is still bleeding from what Lucifer did in the underground tomb. She hasn't seen Luke since.

Mammon, Levi and Satan approach her desk, a conversation being strike up by the greedy demon. He talks her ear off on what he's doing after school and how much grimm he will make. Levi sits next to her and tells her about a recent game he found, then takes out his phone to show it.

Mammon yells to get away from his human. Levi argues she's also his human and a fight shortly starts. She sighs and tells them to knock it off and to go back to their seats. Mammon tells her to shut it, just to be forced into his seat by the pact.

Satan watches it with enjoyment at his brother whining about the human putting him in his place. The class starts and the professor lectures on what hexes to avoid using on a living being. Students whisper on maybe using it on the human and glance back with evil intent.

She sighs again and writes notes on the hexes. A ball of paper flies over her head and lands on her notebook. Chuckles and voices are heard behind her just to go silent when she rips the paper without reading and glares back. They return the glare.

An hour later, the bell rings and everyone gets up for lunch. Mammon and Levi quickly come to her side, blocking the demons wishing to threaten her. The two brothers walk her to the cafeteria and chat on what to get with the few grimm they have.

Beel appears behind them and scares his brothers and gets yelled at to not do that. He ignores the two and asks if she wants to have lunch together, offering to pay. She agrees to which Mammon complains and argues that she has to have lunch with him. Levi drags his brother away while the white haired demon continues to complain.

Milady and Beel find a quiet spot away from people and have a "couple" of sandwiches, chips, juice boxes and pastries. She takes her share and begins eating, but Beel worries about her small portion, offering more to her. She declines and states humans have smaller stomachs than demons.

"If you say so." He pauses before a bite of sandwich. "... How is your wound?" He gazes over with concerned eyes.

"I rather not talk about it. It's being treated, so don't worry." She keeps her eyes down at the table and focus on her meal.

He frowns and respects her request.

The bell rings and the two head upstairs to the main halls. They walk together and hear whispers of those envious of the human's closeness with the Avatar of Gluttony. Hisses and growls make Beel wrap an arm his master's shoulders and look back at those daring to hiss.

He walks her all the way to her seat and tells her he will be close by if she needs anything. She thanks him and sees his cheeks turn pink at her smile. He returns the gesture and goes to his seat. Asmo takes the chance to swing by and chat with her, but she doesn't really answer him.

He pouts at her cruelty for ignoring a beautiful creature like him. She bites back at reminding him she's still angry about what he didn't do when his brothers needed assistance. He pretends to not know and chuckles evilly. She furls her brows angrily as he lefts.

The lecture begins, sounds of writing and the professor's voice fills the room. She rests her head on her hand as she writes, her mind going numb from boredom when

"Asmo!" Beel's voice cuts through. "What did you do to my book?"

She peeks through her fingers to see the pink glitter drawn all over Beel's textbook. Asmo pretends to not know how his glitter pen made a mess like that, then jumps at Beel slamming the book down on his desk. Levi stands up and offers to share his textbook with him if he sits back down.

The professor doesn't intervene to not lose any limbs to the Avatar of Gluttony. Beel demands Asmo to answer him and she peeks away from the drama to not see something ugly. However, the conversation turns comical and bites her lip to not laugh at the clear anger, the scared squeak and the desperate pleads.

Lucifer soon had to get involved when the class had to leave and give the whole room to Beel to terrorize his brothers. Lucifer heavily sighs at the state of the classroom and demands the three and her come to the student council room.

The four sit at the table while Lucifer lecture his brothers on how they should appear and act in school and in front of other demons, then turns his lecture to Milady. He argues she should have controlled Beel or ordered him to not cause a scene.

"I tried, but he's a recent pact and I'm learning to give him commands. I tried and failed," she lies.

"That's not how it works. You found the whole thing funny and refused to diffuse the situation, even when it got out of hand." His red eyes glare daggers into her for refusing to do her job as a master.

"Or-" she rests her head on her hand- "I couldn't because of my injury."

He gets startled by the answer and narrows his eyes at her to study her face for a bluff. She directs her eyes to the table with a look of sadness, making him believe her white lie. He demands them to leave and faces away as they do so.

She smirks to herself.

Facts about Alice #2

One time, they whispered to Idia "why do I hear boss music?" during a stressful meeting and Idia bursted out laughing which freaked everyone out.

Cater convinced them to make a Magicam. Their account is food, outfits, sceneries, and aesthetic looking setups. Has a few followers. Made a promise to herself to never her face in the photos.

Has hosted a game night at her dorm with games from her world: Who's Line is it Anyway, Manhunt, Hide & Seek in the dark, Traitor, and re-created Clue and Candy Land. Rook wasn't allowed to participate in Manhunt or Traitor. However, Hide & Seek in the dark wasn't off the table.

Made an agreement with Azul that everytime they gift him something, he has to give them a hug.

Made a rage room, Epel uses it sometimes.

Freaked everyone out with their child voice, Lilia and Floyd find it entertaining.

Floyd saw Alice in the hallway and grabbed their sides to scare them, but instead caused them to squeak and unfortunately both him and Jade heard it. (Why do I hear boss music?) Floyd told Ace and Jamil which led Ace telling Deuce and Grim, and Grim told everyone else. Now, Alice has to stand a good distance away from everyone while holding their sides.

Has gotten Monsto Lounge's punch card all punched out, but threw in their desk drawer. There's nothing to ask for it and just did it for fun.

Because Alice's blot is so different, the magestone is useless to them. They can cast spells without the stone and have no blots form. If they were holding the stone while blotting, it will do nothing. Therefore, the stone is more of a way to channel and control their magic.

Open-closed book. They have no problem with being open to their friends and telling stories of their life, but they also purposely hide some things about themself. Some people take their kindness and quiet nature at face value while others know they can be aggressive and smug at times. (And entertaining with what they say or do.)

Ramshackle facts

Handwashed clothing before was gifted a washer & dryer from VDC when they restored the dorm. However, still handwashes bedding.

Couldn't cook anything before Book 5 because didn't trust the oven and wanted a new one. Crowley delivered an oven because of VDC. (Had a lot of sandwiches, protein shakes, instant noddles, and canned foods. Electronic kettle was the best)

Wears slippers around the dorm because possible nails or broken boards (and upbringing). VDC had to get their own slippers for the dorm. (Grim also has his own)

There was no TV until after Book 6. Watched movies on a laptop they bought by an Ignihyde student.

Grim has his own room next to theirs.

He has his own furniture in his bedroom and the lounge by using a magical hammer. Except for the bed, that stayed the same.

He has his own clothing and shoes in his closet in case of rain, snow, hot pathways, etc. Though, it's mainly ribbons.

Ace and Deuce have their own items in the dorm: mug, teacup, room, throw blanket, spare uniform, etc.

You must bring a worthy offering to stay in the dorm (aka snacks).

Dorm color depends on the leader of the dorm when the repairs commenced. (Xiu= maroon, Damien= gold, Alice= royal blue)

The tower is off limits for everyone except for the housewaden.

The study is used for studying or reading a good book, no loud hangouts or roughhousing in the study.

Tsum Princess appears again with the second round of Tsums, however, Alice is sick with blot and can't really spend time with the tsum. Therefore, Tsum Princess takes care of her and pushed Malleus out of the dorm.

Facts about Cotton Candy

I wanted to add Sheep Mc to Milady's story for fun and this is what I made.

Cotton Candy is a hell creature called a Death Screamer. There are different types of Death Screamers with different abilities. It's hard to tell which type they are from appearance alone, they have to display their ability for an individual to know the type. They can shapeshift in an animal or person, but only into that one thing unless they're the shapeshifting type like Cotton Candy.

Their true form is a twisted and distorted pile of flesh, mouths and eyes. When they're about to attack they let out a scream that could wake the dead, reason for the name. Their height could be between 6-7 foot when fully grown. Coloration can be crimson, beige, earthy or rosey pink.

The adults are known to be violent and aggressive to anyone who unfortunately crosses their path. However, they're very loyal if they take a liking to someone and would do anything for that person. If you betray them, good luck.

Since Candy is the shapeshifting type, they can transform into anything but chooses to be a foot tall pink sheep.

The story is they were wondering around with no home or family, messing around and scaring people for fun. They found their way to the Devildom and explored this new place, seeing a blonde woman walking down the street and immediately wanted to be their friend. They turned into a pink sheep and followed after the woman, sneaking into the house and just standing next to them as they spoke with a demon. Belphie noticed the pink puff ball and pointed it out to her. Milady looked down at the sheep and them rubbed their fluffy face on her leg and called her "friend." (I think the sheep imprinted on her)

Death Screamers are not native to the Devildom, so seeing one in your house is "oh shit" moment. Lucifer could sense what they really are and informed Diavolo before cautiously interrogating the sheep to find out about what their intention was with Milady. "I want... friend!" is the response he got.

Lucifer didn't want the Death Screamer in his house or near Milady, but Barbatos warned that he may have to, to prevent the creature from harming his family because he refused them their "friend."

The brothers kept an eye on the creature and everything seemed fine until Milady had to go home. They weren't violent or tried to attack anyone, they were upset like a child getting abandoned by their parent. They stayed in her room and cried, making the brothers worried for the little one and thought up a way to cheer them up. They got their own phone so they could talk to her whenever.

Candy is a teenager (13-14) and don't know how to read, write, do math, socialize, etc. They also have trouble with their speech.

Their relationship with Milady is a parent and child.

Their relationship with the brothers is a child and their uncles, the brothers and Candy have playful competitions for Milady's affection. Their favorite brother is Levi and least favorite is Lucifer. (Doesn't dislike him, they would totally run at him and jump into his arms. He's the bottom of the list because of his rules and lectures).

Everyone slowly got use to the puff ball and started to like their company. (Diavolo has wore them like a hat once as a joke). However, everyone will have to take caution around them when they reach adulthood.

(Egg event) They were excited to have a little sibling and carried Sky on their back when Sky was still little. Candy was crushed when their sibling had to leave and decided to secretly visit them when no one was looking, got in trouble with Lucifer.

They are terrifying in their true form and could hold their own against a lower demon, but they're still a child and could easily get hurt or killed against a stronger demon or a group of lower demons.

Doesn't attend RAD just yet to not overwhelm them. Satan homeschools them.

Their form is always a sheep, but sometimes they walk around as a human.

Milady named them. Said it as a joke and they liked the name, so it stayed.

They wear a royal blue ribbon gifted by Milady.

They cannot leave the realm of the demons, ever. That being said, they stay with a friend of one of the brothers when the brothers visit Milady.

They like freaking everyone out with their shapeshifting ability, ever seen a sheep with human hands before?

They have a booster seat for the dining table because they refused to transform into a human.

Belphie uses them as a plushie when napping.

They do have their own room, but like sleeping with Milady at night.

Lucifer disciplines them by grounding them or taking away their phone, the normal discipline for a child.

Asmo likes dressing them up and taking them shopping, places them in his bag before they leave.

Milady and Luke were the only ones left in the dark on what Candy is.

They have swam with Levi and Henry in his fish tank.

They are a bit of a troublemaker and help Mammon by pickpocketing people while in a smaller form. No sweets for two weeks.

They sneak treats out of the kitchen for Beel.

Death Screamers are sexless and asexual. There are no documents on how the child comes out of the parent, but after the child is born the parent shortly dies.

You can ignore this, I'm just thinking about Grim and my Yuu's relationship.

Alice and Grim are both siblings and child and parent. I think in the beginning they were siblings and gradually became a child and parent, especially after Grim called her mom on accident. I believe once Grim graduates, they'll fully be child and parent with a little bit of sibling rivalry sprinkled in.

Andrew and Grim on the other hand are just siblings. There's sometimes he acts fatherly towards her, but they're mainly siblings. In the beginning they were roommates and gradually became a brother and sister.

The event happens in their second year, less than a week before VDC. Some of the fourth years are back at school.

"No, you can have it."

"Why tomorrow?"

"Sure, I would love to see more of the world."

"Oh, but I should tell you... I don't think you should do the sledathon, unfortunately. The sleds we use for it are magically operated, and though you can use magic you're still new to it and may struggle controlling the sled... and I would worry about you too much." -Epel

Sebek is more open to hanging out with people and asks for more information on the event. Epel still rizzed him.

Hmm, maybe I should watch that anime. It would give me something to watch.

"Plush sledding?"

Snow White.

That makes sense, and thoughtful towards the animals.

"Idia, if you want to come with, just ask nicely. Or else I will drop kick you into next week for being a brat."

"Morning."

(Epel knows damn well Vil has a competitive streak from last year.)

"This is his last year here, he needs to go on at least one trip with friends before he graduates." -Ortho

(I love this, Idia getting yeeted through the mirror) Alice is laughing at this scene before them.

Breathes in the fresh air, and chokes slightly.

Pauses. Three hours?!

Chuckles at everyone's confusion.

(Vil wouldn't say shit about Epel's accent, especially since Epel kicked his ass last year)

Grabs their clothes and heads into the bathroom to change.

"Hey guys." They feel nice at hearing the compliments. "Thanks."

Chuckles. Sebek, no.

Grim is wearing a coat Alice bought him for winter, so his new bow is sticking out from the collar. He also has booties on.

"You look cute."

Fascinated by the facts Epel are spilling.

When Alice introduces themself to Marja, there's a slight concern in the grandma's eyes. Despite the smile and warm energy from Marja, Epel can tell his grandma is quietly questioning the scars on the young woman's face. However, the town folks are more obvious with their stares and concerned expressions.

"Yeah, it's more like the other way around."

Alice quietly picks out fabrics to make a teddy bear.

Gremlin child.

(Idia literally went "okay, I'm going to gaslight this mother forker" to Sebek.)

Their left hand has no feeling in it. Anyway, washes Grim's paws in between their hands.

Buys two pies for Grim and them after listening to Epel's explanation.

"Looks who's talking, Idia."

(I now imagine Grim having a small coin bag as a wallet)

They do light shopping. And got some snacks for her friends at school.

(I want to visit Harveston and eat food and buy stuff.)

(I thought the apple peel was going to be from the apple Epel peeled for Idia)

Winces when Marja yells. And ends up covering their ear.

(Sebek, that's sad)

"Yeah, I had plushies. There was two teddy bears I had since I was a baby and grew up with them. But I lost one of them somewhere in my childhood, and you know what happened with the second one."

Covers ear again.

They're concerned for the boys.

(Oh Idia)

"I don't see why not."

"I'll smack you if you touch anything."

"Run, Grim." He gets one at the back of the head. Alice avenges their son by throwing a snowball at Jade.

Grim and Alice both throw a snowball at Idia.

"Oh, you were from the VDC."

"-and you better not look down on me just 'cuz I'm small!" -Gran

"But how will I look at you if I don't look down?" The NRC boys liked the insult.

Alice is liking the sweetness while the boys are ready to kill.

Half through practice, they had to leave to take a break. When resting, they worked on making their bear.

Marja ask them to go outside for a moment and wonders into the market, trying new food and looking at the items. The boys find them.

"They're really pretty. I kinda want one."

Gives him the face of "why are you asking me?" & "I don't know!"

Looks closer at Grim's plate and gets confused. Declines a slice.

"I got a bean soup for you."

"That's why I'm going to town because I get to try other people's food."

"Me, I would say you're lying through your teeth."

Their poor ear.

"Idia..." "Because that has no ounce of creativity unlike actually playing it."

Annoyed mother tone, "Grim." He stops.

(That was cute, he's happy)

"No."

"Grim, don't be a brat." Marja tells Alice to cover their ear, and yells at Grim.

"Guys, don't be evil." "Jade, no."

"Heh."

"Sebek, if I'm covering my ear, you're too loud."

"Well, Sebek is half human and as loud as thunder."

"I normally curl up when I sleep, so I'll probably be fine."

Gets ready for bed and finds the teddy bear is done, and a ribbon tied around its neck.

"So you look like your grandma when she was young? Now we know where you get your good looks from." Slight teasing at the end.

Wait what?

"Idia, calm the... frick down."

"Guys, take a picture together before the race."

"You got this, guys!"

(Ha!)

(That squirrel will be his prize possession)

(Actually, Twst talks about Baul, but never about Sebek's grandmother or his human grandparents)

Quickly grabs the bags and hands it to them.

(We don't talk about this scene and the possibility of disaster)

(You know Epel was swearing the whole time.)

Holy shit, those guys are crazy.

"Run, guys! Run!"

Epel flops on the ground after losing and Alice walks over to him. They sit down beside him, wrap an arm around his shoulders and leans his head on their shoulder.

"Says the one who declined when offered."

"Grim, you know what's wrong, now give him some space." Squeezes Epel a little bit.

(Marja translated everything, swears included)

The second Epel says about yelling at the sunrise, instantly covers ear.

"I understand your point, but I highly doubt anything like that would happen. But if it makes you feel better, I'll protect Malleus by using Grim as a flamethrower." Malleus chuckles at the idea of them protecting him and comments he will be well guarded.

Holding Malleus's hand and leaning against him while they walk that some people are mistaking them as a couple. Then he whispers to them and disappears to mess with the direbeast. They're enjoying the show.

Shares the same reaction as the group.

"Um, Jamil, could I have something else besides the coconut water?" "Could I have a pineapple juice?" (Since the coconut water is in the coconut, the pineapple juice is in a hollow out pineapple.)

"I remember hearing a recipe about putting peanut butter in a date, then covering it in chocolate to recreate a candy in my world. I probably should do that because I miss my favorite chocolate bar."

Malleus gives them some of his ice cream after seeing their pouting face.

Alice has a bag of small souvenirs for everyone at the school.

"Obviously." (I watched the video of all of the fireworks going off at once)

"Hm?" Looks at their person and see a monkey trying to steal their glasses.

"Go do it, you may not get a chance like this again."

Nuzzles against Malleus to stay warm.

"It was fun to explore and try something new."

"I don't know, I can't dance." Malleus teases them and pulls them onto their feet to start swinging them around.

"You know, back home I watched fireworks every year because it was for the celebration of my country's independence. But the fireworks got boring because it was the same thing every year, always the same fireworks. But this time, I'm actually enjoying it and feel amazed by it. It's nice."
