A few wips from some blocky concept art made in ClipStudioPaint (with my new computer! Yey! My old one was on its last legs and this one makes me so happy :D), feeling out/developing a new comic project, that I hope to come out after “Honor to Us” finishes...what do you think? :D

Also! two-legged/tailed mermaids isn’t as commonly seen, but there’s historical precedent! There are some GORGEOUS old paintings out there...

Well would you look at that, I did a little more... (fanart of jotunn Loki from @sofiadragon fanfic series “Another Turn of the Wheel”). 

So the statue garden is suppose to be mostly animals but also a few abstract ones suspended in ice. So in the foreground we’ve got a raptor cause Loki turns into one on occasion, also a howling wolf and coiling striking snake (Fenrir and Jormandgur references) and then the sparkly light show statue that Loki sketched. (I went back and tried to skim the relevant paragraphs, though I may have missed something...)
