Hello everyone, this is Connor, Ren’s friend speaking out for him right now. Many of you may not know, but as of last night, Ren’s abusive ex has found his accounts and is currently rallying her friends to attack and drag him down. They are spreading slander, hate, and twisted viewpoints. In order to keep her from getting at him, I’ve temporarily taken over things. Ren will be taking a break from interacting on here to avoid being victim to his abuser again. 

In the meantime, please if you see any accounts reblogging your or his work trying to spread nasty information about him, block and report them. Already they are spreading misinformation and heinously twisted stories. They have also repeatedly spammed his asks with horrible things, telling him to feel bad about himself, cursing him, and overall ripping him apart.  All his asks have now been turned off.

It’s disgusting. It’s juvenile. It’s sick. Please do not go to Ren with any of these grievances and instead find me @visceryl. You may dm me or send an ask, whatever be it with any help or questions or concerns. 

I also want to take the time to tell everyone in this community that I love you all. So many of you support Ren in incredible ways and its people like you all that help him get through tough times like this. I’m sorry so much of this is having to leak into something he loves doing with all his heart. Thank you for reading this and if you can, please let others know what’s going on too so we can hopefully end this and get her back out of his life.

I’m genuinely laughing because Irvin and Hal both have a ton of piercings and I 100% bet Hal has dared Irvin to pierce something on him before. We love friends and dormmates who appreciate your fine taste in bodily expression.

(Little things about Irvin) part 2

Irvin has had a lot of piercings since he entered Hogwarts. Many of these are quite visible but let me give you the list:

first piercing was the tipical ear piercing in the right one when he was 12;

Also at twelve he also made the second pierced ears;

During the summer of the second and third year he did the one on the right eyebrow;

At half past 13 he made all the holes in his ears the same as the ones he had in the other (in every ear he has 6 piercings);

At 14 he got a lip piercing, but he doesn't wear it a lot

the famous nose piercing at 14, thanks Elaiza and the "truth and dare" game;

Then at 15 he got one on my tongue;

and at the beginning of six year I had the one on my navel.

If I'm not rusty in math, it should be about 17 piercings

The night always came with promises of peace, one resembling death but with a far more preferable outcome; this was the case even when something threatened the stillness in the hours of intended rest.

It was in the will of those who created things not of the daytime that broke this mold. The night was a double edged sword; not all that walked into the darkness was as sweet as that which shrouded it.

Glass exploded into the air like a song, fracturing fully and coming to kiss the ears of all who had been deep in slumber as shards scattered over the floorboards.

Been working on on one of Safin’s childhood short stories titled “Death of a Flower” so that’s been enjoyable to start working on again.

The timing is weirdly perfect. I just finished some editing on my first chapter of (working title) The Clockwork Woman.

Saanvi finished the story, and shut her book, resting it on her nightstand. She brought the lamp close to her face, bathed in blue light.

“Out,” she whispered, closing her eyes, envisioning a flame shrinking into darkness. 

Behind her eyelids, the dim glow disappeared, all that was left was a folded paper star.

Saanvi let out a sigh as she relaxed into her pillow, the room dark around her. 

Azeria said they were on separate planes. She promised to find her. But Saanvi wasn’t willing to wait. She had been alone for so long. 

“I’ll find you,” she whispered, sinking into sleep.

Thank you @praetoring for letting me use your pub idea! It’s funny, when you were telling me how it was in a space like Diagon Alley in York, I did some researching and Diagon Alley is actually based on a street in York called the Shambles! It was so perfect, I had to use it. XD

All Chapters

Several months later. 1996.

The enemy had been growing bolder by the day. Muggleborns and blood traitors were being stolen right from their homes by the day. And of course, the attacks on muggles themselves. Vehicles suddenly exploding for no reason. Lying dead in their beds with no injuries or wounds, causing terror in neighborhoods that had never seen such horror.

Their numbers were going stronger, as well as their abilities. Talbott had reported that the Death Eaters had invented a spell that allowed them to fly in plumes of heavy black smoke. And still, the Minister refused to do anything about it. It was enough to make Ethren’s blood boil.

His work with Ben Copper did little to stifle his irritation. Working with the man was nothing short of impossible. Arrogant. Obnoxious. A stickler for the rules. Everything had to be by the book, to Ben Copper. Everything Ethren did was wrong. It was enough to make the man want to snap. 

It had been several months of working together, and they’d completed three operations, saving a small handful of undesirables each time. They did good work. While the men didn’t get along, they were efficient when it mattered, and hadn’t yet failed a mission. 

That enough, called for some down time at the Order’s pub, located in York.

9. Will MC have its own family?

He does! Hal and Charlie end up adopting twins after the second wizarding war. However, being a werewolf and understanding the dynamic of family by association, he considers himself to have a very large extended family outside of his husband and two children.

14. Relationship with (name of game character/other MC) in the future?

Well I just asked and you were curious about Hal’s relationship with Skye in the future. I don’t actually know extensively about what she does after Hogwarts. However, I imagine that Hal and Skye, both being quidditch players, they keep in contact after graduation just like Hal does with his entire prior team members.

Ok, let me think... Oh I know! For the future MC ask 1, 3, 6, 12 and the 16 with this question: Considering that the Elaiza of the future is about to have her first baby, How would Hal react to knowing her baby ?

Finally got around to answering these!

1. What will MC do after graduation?

Hal does a number of things after graduation. In fact, a large portion of his becoming and growth occurs after his graduation as a result of this. He was a werewolf advocate in the Beast Division who played a a favored role in the werewolf registry (he loathed those in the werewolf capture unit), a hunter in the Order of the Phoenix alongside Eileen (who belongs to @scarlettroubles​) who was his partner, Alpha of the Banes Pack which served out of the Snowdonia National Park in Wales, and additionally, after the war was the lead representative of the Werewolf Support Services in the Ministry. Let’s just say he was always moving and was rarely known to not be doing something.

3. Will MC be engaged? If so, with whom?

About a year after graduation, Hal and Charlie end up entering into a relationship and only end up getting engaged and married immediately after adopting their twins Alwyn and Isolda which occurs some time after the second wizarding war (some details changed from what is on his profile, I’ll eventually edit it in the update).

6. What role will MC play in the second wizarding war?

A big part of Hal’s role in the second wizarding war was his job as a hunter in the Order of the Phoenix. He’s spends months and weeks at a time stalking, tracking and capturing those playing for the other side or to bring back to the order for questioning. He also provides the Banes pack as a resource to the order which ends up coming to a peak during The Battle of Hogwarts when The Banes collided with Fenrir Greyback’s subjects. It was also during this battle that Hal sacrificed his dominant arm to Greyback in order to kill him with a relic.

12. Relationship with the golden trio?

Before and during the war, Hal had absolutely no relationships or interactions with the golden trio. However, after the war, Hal did provide information about Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks to Teddy as he was close friends with his mother in school and saw Remus as an uncle who he shared the burden of the curse with. It was only in this interaction did Hal briefly bump into Harry Potter and converse with him on a few occasions. edit; I also forgot to mention that Hal likely ends up talking with Harry Potter and Hermione at Weasley family gatherings.

16. How would Hal react to knowing (Elaiza’s) her baby?

Hal actually really likes kids as he gets older which is evident considering him and Charlie adopt a pair of twins. That being said, while he knows nothing about pregnancy or birth, he probably is absolutely thrilled for Elaiza and is open to babysitting or for their kids to interact in the future.

Ooo this is an interesting ship! I think these two would get along quite well as friends or romantic. Ravenpuff pairing go! 8D These two are both teases, so they definitely would be teasing each other. But Hal would DEFINITELY tease him about sleeping in class. Maybe even prank him while he’s asleep. Somehow I feel like he would call Merric Bird brain at some point ahahhaha XD Considering Merric is a crow animagus. Merric has a more soothing and laid-back personality I think, so I feel that he would be the calming agent of the relationship. Merric knows about abuse, having dealt with it for so long, and then abandoned. He would provide a shoulder for Hal when he needs it, and a listening ear. He knows sometimes that people just need to vent, rather than hear someone talk at them, and he would allow Hal to rant to him his frustrations about his parents or just in general. Merric would love to take Hal back to his adopted dads music shop and show off his talents. Anduin, Revena and Dylan would love Hal and welcome him with open arms. Whenever Hal needed to be away from his home, he is more than welcome to stay with Merric, Revena and Anduin. Anduin would treat him as his own son and would provide whatever support he needed. Merric isn’t the best with saying his emotions, but he would show in his actions. Kisses on the forehead I feel are a thing hehe Merric is 6.2” so he’s quite a bit taller. Merric would casually put an arm around his shoulder I can just imagine. In terms of Hal being a werewolf, Merric would study as much as he can to find out what he can do to make things easier for him. He wouldn’t tell Hal he was doing it, but he would secretly be doing it. He’d even learn how to make Wolfsbane and then suddenly when Hal needed it, there Merric was with a bottle. Like Merric wtf? Where did that come from? When they both join the Order, Merric as a scout and Hal as a hunter, they are both worried, a lot of their posts mean they are separated for long periods of time. Both can be reckless with their own lives, so both of them jokingly scold each other to be careful “Try to stay safe and not do something dumb ok?” “Funny coming from you dumbass”. They both laugh and hug each other close before going their separate ways.

LUCIAN:

Ooo an interesting pairing. Slytherpuff duo hehe These two seem to be so so so different. While Luca seemingly lacks empathy, Lithian is full of it, and is quite in tune with people’s emotions. She sees the goodness in anyone, and so she would see the goodness within him, despite the eccentric and self-serving behaviour Luca has. I feel like Luca may see Lithian as naive at first, but she is aware of what goes on, she just likes to bring brightness despite the circumstances. But as he gets to know her, he discovers just how intelligent she actually is, and comes to almost envy her optimism and love of life. I feel like he and Visenya (her older sister) may get into it quite a few times, as she is very protective of her younger sister. Stronk Viking sister is watching you Luca, better watch your ass. I feel like Luca would intrigue Lithian, and would want to know more. When she gets to know his struggles, she would want to show him that he deserves more than what he has been shown, that he is worthy of love. Somehow I’m thinking of Zevran in some ways? Almost like how Zevran pursues the Warden, but the Warden wants to know more about him personally, and it scares him. He is not used to being shown a genuine interest in who he is without wanting any sort of personal gain. Lithian shows him the goodness of life. I can imagine Luca finding her in the forest, surrounded by animals as she is singing to them, conjuring flowers and other plant life with her druidic magic. He watches her with intrigue, seeing how gentle she is with nature around her. Her blossom-coloured hues turn to him and she smiles, a warmth spreading in his chest like a wildfire. He fights it, trying to push it down. He cannot be weak. He can’t. But yet...he wants to.
