Pleasure to take Chef Allan Maynard’s portrait - he's the head chef at Belleek Castle, and spends his time between their two restaurants Jack Fenn Bistro and The Library Restaurant. It was a fun and creative day out for us yesterday when we got together with Jersey illustrator and stylist Abi Overland (@abioverlandjersey)to do a makeover shoot. The goal was to recreate the iconic Little Black Jacket book shot by Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel, and we were determined to make it our own. We incorporated our own little black jacket into all seven looks and were helped by Hedi Green (Abi's mum @hedigreenjersey) with a range of vintage and modern outfits some from her collection including a particularly snazzy Vivian Westward ensemble. Kate Morrison (@katemorrisonmakeup) was the talented hair and makeup stylist and Pati Altamirano was on hand to assist me throughout the shoot. The result was six unique and varied looks that we were all thrilled with. We'll be featuring some of the shots on our Instagram page, so wat h this space! 40 Over 40 Exhibition Wow, what an evening! Last night we had a celebration! The 40 Over 40 Exhibition ! As my mum always said, we are only as good as our team !
