Hi so I’m like 95% sure you were talking abt dextrine? So there’s Jude Cindy Aaron and Bee

Ahead of time I am so sorry

Jude has like short hair (dreads) (if you don't know how to draw them there's like a ton of guides and stuff and darkest skin out of the four and yellow round glasses (he's also a trans guy which is pretty cool) he also has like three anxiety disorders so he always looks slightly scared

Cindy has long curly hair that's dyed bright purple and has kind of lighter skin than Jude, she usually wears like cropped T-shirt's or tank tops and she's just rily like happy all the time like she's so great and nice (you'll see what I mean when I get to making Dextrine)

Aaron looks about a year younger than the others and he has a pretty messy Afro, he doesn't know how to take care of it that much so it's like sticking out all over the place, he's a little darker than Cindy but lighter than Jude (his hair is black/ dark brown forgot abt that) and he just wears like tshirts idk man he doesn't think abt it that much

Bee has shoulder length blonde hair and they have lighter skin than the other guys (their WHITE white), they usually wear like long sleeves and jackets and such, they also pretty much always looks tired and deadpan

TLDR if you don’t wanna read all of that like I have a bunch of drawings of them in any tags for the comic (flashbacks from dextrine) also if you actually meant HBD (the one I’m working on rn) I am so sorry

Happy Birthday Deare blurb (I think it’s called that idk.)

Happy birthday Deare is a 70 page comic about a young boy Deare! It’s his birthday and his friends set up a scavenger hunt in the woods he lives in. You meet a lot of his friends as he goes from place to place helping his friends with something to get a hint to the next location to go to.

As the story progresses you learn a little more about Deare and why he acts some of the ways he does, and about some of his friends (and even some hints to later comics ;) )

If I had to age rate it I think it’d be pg13 at MOST. I tried to write/draw it like a children’s book but it is supposed to be creepy at parts and there’s a page or two with some gore. And I guess some descriptions are scary and a character looks scary and that’s all I can think of to mention

I’ve been writing it since around the middle of September in 2023 but I had the characters thought out a bit before that. I’m still working on it and I’m hoping to get it finished by April? I am one person working on it and I have other things to do and “school” so it might take longer.

I may get it published, idk how that works but my mom said that she’d help and she knows someone who can do publish things so until I get more info abt that that’s all we know for now
