10 Things I Have Learned After Being Away At College: 1. Never underestimate the power of a good game of Cards Against Humanity (it does wonders for stress) 2. There is nothing better than super deep conversation late at night shared between strangers (and friends) 3. No matter what you're struggle may be you are never alone 4. It takes time to make friends but it's well worth the wait 5. The Freshman 15 is a real thing and sometimes its more than 15 pounds (and it isn't just limited to freshman) 6. Movie nights with friends are the best no matter what the movie may be 7. You should build forts in the common area and invite everyone come hang out (play cards or a board game) 8. Girls nights are the best! Grab your friends, put on a movie or show, and do each other's nails (don't forget the mud masks) 9. Procrastinating is never a good idea (like seriously don't do it) 10. And last but not least the friends you make in college will last a lifetime My fiirst year at SOU is done and I look forward to the ones to come.
