𝚜𝚑𝚎’𝚜 𝚏𝚎𝚎𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚊 𝚋𝚒𝚝 𝚞𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚠𝚎𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛 ;  Pepper had managed to make it outside of the tower before feeling under the weather turned into cringing at the lights and sounds on the streets, so she was thankful when Wally helped her back up to her place with Tony. “Awe, you’re the sweetest and I do feel ever so bad for being a burden as a glass of water would be lovely,” She said to him, truly grateful for the other’s caring heart as she sat on the sofa. “Let me guess this will be the helping old lady badge?” She joked lightly, never had she been good with others taking care of her as that was always her job. To take care of others. “Oh, no. You can stay, Wally. Honestly, I’d rather not be alone. Because who knows I might bust a hip and need your assistance again. But only if you don’t have anything else to do.”

     “Hey, you should just rest, I’m here” Wally waved his hand, insisting that she stay put. “If you’re hungry I could make you some soup or something…are you thirsty?” the redhead asked, wanting to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. Wally wads pretty good at taking care of people when they were sick, but he could be a total baby when the tables were turned. “Or if you want a nap I can be…elsewhere” he chuckled.

𝚖𝚊𝚍𝚎 𝚒𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚖𝚊𝚣𝚎 𝚝𝚘 𝚏𝚒𝚗𝚍 𝚑𝚎𝚛 𝚘𝚗𝚎 𝚒𝚗 𝚊 𝚖𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚘𝚗 ; only to have that very person decline her of a tender touch that she took playfully to heart causing her to give him her infamous Pepper stance - as Happy says, arms folded over her chest and the scold on her freckled, freshly washed face. “I’m taking personal offence to that, handsome as it was a one time offer.” Steady irises followed his movements, finding herself breaking her stance to lean forward onto the work bench with anticipation though ever so careful to move a thing out of place. “Hmm... I don’t know,” she mused trailing her thumb over her jaw to her chin. “You have just reminded me of the work load I was going to put on the back burner.” She said with a roll of her shoulders as she stood upright again. “No, it’s fine. You continue to tinker away there, hon.” Waving her hand out for him to continue on whatever he was tinkering, it was a dangerous game to play with Tony but she was slightly up for the challenge as at the mention of the movie and Chinese food was a lot to go on that she’d get him out of her toy box. Just playing the annoying teasing game of little to no patience on Pepper’s end. As it took a lot for her to turn her back on Tony with such a smile on his dial and glancing over her shoulder at him one last time. “Though while your down here, maybe try your hand at making a cuddle-bot or giant eco friendly teddy bear?” The corners of her lips flicking into a sly smile that dug into her left cheek.

“Hmm–” Tony had a screwdriver clenched between his teeth, another tool in his hand as he worked on one of his repulsor gloves. “I gotta finish this, hon.” With the screwdriver between his teeth, it came out as I gahuh finiss dis, huh. He looked over at her. Uh-oh – she had her I mean business face on. He leaned over the counter and let the screwdriver drop from his mouth with a clatter. “Why don’t you put on a movie?” he suggested. “I can order Chinese.” He offered her what he hoped was a winning smile.

Duela pouted when the other woman clearly wasn’t spooked by her antics. Oh, well. She would just have to try harder. Something she definitely didn’t mind. It seemed like this woman would be a tough nut to crack and Duela always appreciated a challenge. Maybe she would make this woman her target. She didn’t feel like getting her hands too dirty tonight – it was a holiday, after all – but she was pretty sure she could finally manage to scare her. “Please,” she said, waving her hand impatiently as if to wipe away the legacy of 40 years of horror icons. “They’re amateurs compared to me. There’s no creativity. It’s just a lot of blood and gore, anyone can do that. Well, anyone who is freakishly strong, apparently indestructible and has very little time on their hands.” She grinned at her. “I do have a lot of time, but I gotta work on my biceps a little bit to be Michael levels. Did you see the first movie where he impaled that guy on a coat hook or something? That was gnarly.”

𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚖𝚘𝚘𝚗𝚕𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝 𝚋𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑𝚝 𝚘𝚞𝚝 𝚊𝚕𝚕 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚜𝚙𝚘𝚘𝚔𝚜 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚔𝚘𝚘𝚔𝚜 ; getting that funny feeling in the pit of her stomach that this young woman might be someone she should keep a safe distance from in future reference. There was a quirk of her brow at the waving hand, holding the small chuckle aback. “Oh, well excuse me for putting you in the same category. Would you much prefer the leatherface one or the jigsaw?” She asked sounding like one of those stupid pop-up quizzes that say what sandwich you are or how your coffee order will tell you the future, scoffing at herself. “That you do, I know a couple people who’s biceps are the size of my head.” She jokingly suggested to the young girl. “Indeed, on the brute force side of things. Just in general gnarly scenes I tend to think of the digestion process from the the blob. Can’t eat jell-o anymore.”

Rose looked at the other as she seemed to follow her gaze to where the guts of the pumpkin seemed to sit in her hair as she cleaned it out rather quickly. She must have flung into her hair with all her angry stabbing but it didn’t bother her one bit as she looked at the other. “Hardly, but thank you for pointing that out” She mused keeping up with whatever design she was working on. it was something of a scary face if she really thought about it. “The pumpkin could use a good beating every now and then: She mused looking at turning her attention back to the pumpkin in front of her before shrugging “i normally enjoy being at home and alone, but my friends dragged me out here something about learning to have fun outside of my normal” She replied looking at the other “What type of scare movies do you enjoy?”

Trust me as someone who knows,” Pepper laughed out softly, lifting her forearm of the bench to reveal the light tint of orange to her freckled skin. “Oh, I completely concur with you there it’s rather therapeutic ripping the inners out of pumpkins. Be a great de-stressor for those type of days,” she agreed with the young woman, not yet peaking to look at the pumpkin the other was carving. She nodded her head softly as she to was brought here beyond her will but as the night has dragged on, she was glad for it. “I start a week before Halloween, gearing up with all the classics before moving onto the newer spooky movies. But I happen to be a sucker for the classics whether it is just my age showing but I still remember watching the first evil dead and not being able to sleep for three evenings after. Still do I get a scare from it now.” She mused of the past and movies. “You don’t strike me as the type to get spooked by a scary movie but if you were home right now which one would you be watching?”

𝚠𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎 𝚝𝚒𝚖𝚎 𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚘𝚍 𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚕𝚕 ; though in actuality hour five ticked by on her wristwatch in the bustling coffee shop. She’d been micro managing the main branch of Stark Industries in New York City from Gotham, she may not be there in person but her organisational presence was certainly felt and being in a couple of meetings about new sustainable projects. The second porcelain, laced upon the  cup walls the reminisce of coffee drunk though two cups sat in front of her Pepper was well onto her fourth, could be the reason for poor penmanship which didn’t look out of place but she could see the sloppiness in the ink. “Probably should’ve gone with the green tea and not a fourth triple shot latte.” She turned her head to person nearest her table, shifting her weight onto her right leg and hook her ankle. “But those coffee aromas are far to tempting, no?” Her manicured nail tracing that of the handle of the mug, looking for a distraction from dealing with business usual. Small, nervous giggle that crinkled up her freckled nose at her poor manners. “Sorry for lack of manners -- I do believe a greeting is in order. Hello and sorry for the intrusion.”

with pepper potts her background more her early life is pretty open and i always picture it being a bit of a wild one in a fun way but i’m lame & forgotten half the things i wrote on the first intro this is the second one so bear with me please. 

Super Mini-Bio .

Ever since Virginia could remember everyone has called her Pepper, after the first time her eccentric uncle Morgan saw her. Curiosity grow about her nickname in the depth of her adolescence about the purpose of Pepper, Morgan explained that it was her peppery freckles and fiery red hair like that of a bell pepper. And that’s the story about the reasoning for Virginia being called Pepper. 

The only child to her mother, Olivia and her father, William. They were surprisingly enough very laidback type of parents, doting and loving in every sense. Both in whom had steady jobs and extremely hard working in order to provide for their little family. Taught her the meaning of hard work. Her father was a science professor and her mother a secretary. And her father on the weekends taught surfing to children, more of a down time for him though.

She’s had a pretty charmed childhood that was healthy and full of love. 

In her teenage years when she wished her parents didn’t have such a laid back vibe because the redhead went a little off the rails. Never attending her graduation day at her high school, no her and her best friend got tickets to and AC/DC concert. Well, because who needs a photo in her graduation grown and cap holding a piece of paper saying that she has made it through the hell of high school. When she could get a signature from the lead singer aka the legend Brian Johnson in a questionable place on her body that she got tattooed, pretty much straight after. 

On this sudden gap year that she took with her best friend at the time, she got more tattoos, partied a little to hard and did a lot more questionable things besides that of tattoos. The photo album is still floating about in her memory chest that she brings everywhere with here though never to see the light of day.

Sadly when the two friends return back to their hometown it would be the last Pepper would see her friend, she disappeared and resurfaced a year later died - classed as a suspicious death. But it was a pinnacle point for Pepper, one she grieved the lost of her friend and a time where she pulled her head in from the party girl life style. 

In a month after, her friend’s funeral. Pepper continued to study business administration and took a local job of being a bartender and waitress. This is where she started to become a bit more controlled in her life with little tidbits of organising which she learnt from studies and applied to her mess of a life. 

By the time she had graduated with the business administration diploma, she was a completely different person to who first went and fell asleep in class. She left her parents to go live with her uncle Morgan whom lived in Malibu at the time and there happened to be more job opportunities there. 

Got her Brian Johnson tattoo removed the day before her job interview that would strongly change the course of the rest of her life. There is a joke that she still holds up to this day that there was a mistake made in those 24 hours which never has she verified to this day, though it being the tattoo removal then working for Tony Stark.

It is still a little hazy to Pepper when she started to develop feelings for her boss though perhaps there was always a school girl type of crush on the genius after all he was in papers she had read prior on the news but all that aside. Pepper fell in love with the man behind that of the tin suit, the mess of a man whom challenged her like no other. He is perfectly imperfect and she loves all of him including some of those worrisome flaws. 

Pepper has recently came to Gotham, one because she missed Tony deeply and the reason she didn’t come with Tony happened to be was she had to put a few things in place before she took the journey of no return to the outside world. And do one last drop in with her dearest uncle whom is living happily in a lovely nursing home in Malibu still, living his best life. 

She’s not sure how she feels about living in Gotham.

𝚒𝚏 𝚜𝚑𝚊𝚍𝚘𝚠𝚜 𝚏𝚕𝚎𝚠 𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚛 𝚖𝚘𝚘𝚗-𝚜𝚒𝚌𝚔𝚕𝚎𝚍 𝚜𝚔𝚒𝚎𝚜 ; it went unnoticed by many whom are distracted by the realm of the living, including that of Pepper Potts whom sat on a rickety bench that was probably well an over the limit of people on the plank of wood but she was assisting children to dig out the guts of the pumpkin for them to crave into them, she founds the affair rather therapeutic in nature clasping a little control back over hell’s night. Elbow deep in a large pumpkin for a small child next to her when her eyes caught sight of pumpkin seeds and guts on grey hair, very out of place and it was rather distracting to the older woman. A subtle smile hinting over her redden lips. “You have guts in you hair unless it is the look your going for.” She said calmly. A small giggle from the idle threat of taking the pumpkin’s place. “Think the pumpkin would be relieved to have something else take its place but it certainly isn’t me.” She said, removing her hand from the depth of the inners of the pumpkin, her hand now a soft tint of orange before she handed it over to the child next to her that she got a soft thank from which made her evening. Turning her attention back to the young woman opposite her, she didn’t know the stranger but got the sense life had not been kind to her. “Well, I’m sorry for staring at you. Should’ve spoken up sooner which is fault on my end.” It was rare that an apology left Pepper’s lips but when they did she meant them. “Are you enjoying the event or would you much prefer to be at home as well watching scary movies and eating popcorn cause I know which out of the two I’d be doing.”

Rose was pretty indifferent about Halloween the titans always seem to try and make every holiday something to celebrate but then again she never really focused on such silly things growing up. After hitting up the horrible Haunted House Rose found the pumpkin Craving station, it was a table with knives and she was looking to stab something so it worked perfectly. She was working on the pumpkin in front of her using her own knives to be honest when she felt eyes on her. “Can I help you? or would you like to take the place of this pumpkin?”

A soften gaze turned into a harrowing one as Tony brought up Stephen King which brought up the new, strange fear of tall grass, no thanks to that man. “Why would you bring up the tall grass is what I’m assuming you’re on about because now I can’t unseen it.” She protruded her bottom lip, ripping her hues from the now nefarious looking corn stalks to look at the man she had been searching for all evening. The tip of her sneaker lightly tapping the back of the shoe as well as the mucky ground. “It’s going to be a resounding no from me.” Pepper said, turning her body inwards towards him to move for the bucket, a small titter parted her lips if not for the get up alone it would at the bucket. “But by all means go right ahead,” she curled her fingers forward though she knew that she might cave in to venturing into the corn field with him but the right bribery hasn’t come up. “It’ll give me a couple hours of peace.”

Tony looked over at the corn maze, his Iron Man candy bucket hanging from the crook of his arm. “I genuinely had no idea this city had so much goddamn corn,” he said. “Are people actually gonna, you know, eat this when this thing is over or is this just gonna stand here like some kind of Stephen King testimony to spooky aesthetic?” He glanced at the person standing next to him. “Wanna go in with me? I hear there’s candy in there.” He held up the bucket. “I came prepared.”

Not to say she was a prude but work life subsequently leaked into normal life but she was trying to be less wound up, focusing on the children running about did happen to ease her mind. The exterior of the redhead doesn’t crack like that of marble when the less frightful attempt to startle her but her hand flopped upon her chest, leaning her weight onto her right leg. “Oh, right. A spook-tacular Halloween to you as well,” Pepper offered as if forgetting the night that which held nightmares of disorder for the woman as she was so deep in a trance of the joy the children running about where having. “Certainly, if Michael Myers decides to make an infamous comeback to get a higher body count then Freddy.” She didn’t really know if the young woman was being serious so she took the joking route. And besides that’s what she should be doing on this evening watching cheesy horror movies with a glass of mulled wine and boat ton of chocolate. “That is if you're speaking figuratively...” There was a small shudder from her shoulders that riddled up to bobble her head slightly. “Because if not, I honestly don’t want to know about your purging activities.”

Duela dove forward, landing on her hands with her legs straight up in the air, walking forward on her palms with giggles spilling from her lips. She had green glow sticks hanging around her neck to simulate Shego’s glowing green powers, and they kept bumping against her teeth as she laughed, but she didn’t really care. Spotting someone, she went into a tumble, popping up in front of them in an attempt to startle someone. “Happy Halloween!” she said, grinning. “You think anyone is actually gonna get got tonight? Tis the season!”
