hassel headcanons (part one?)

some of my headcanons for hassel and his backstory ♡

hassel's family home in somewhere in northern paldea or that area between kalos and paldea. a small castle in the mountains.

hassel is an only child but has many cousins.

his father, valén, is from paldea, and his mother, aya, was from johto. (arranged marriage.) aya passed away a long time ago, and her funeral was the last time hassel visited back home.

hassel played the piano in a famous orchestra when he was a young adult.

he then worked as a piano teacher before becoming an art teacher.

hassel always loved to draw as a hobby, his favorite subjects being dragon pokémon. his music interest was also inspired by myths about dragon type pokémon and their way of battling.

his age now is somewhere between late forties to early fifties. i like 54 because it's the level of baxcalibur's evolution haha.

hassel lives in a small house in the outskirts of mesagoza. he has a small garden with a pond where he and his dragons can relax on their freetime.
