The ovens work well, the convection fan is amazing to speed up the baking time! The 6 burners are great also, we have used them daily since we moved in right before Christmas. Sur Sauce: “We are very pleased with our decision to buy the NXR 48” Range and Range Hood. We did a lot of research before buying; even went to the distribution center to have a hands-on look. The Quality is equal to Wolf/ Viking at less than half the price. The Range is fully featured and works perfectly. The Hood is of professional quality and as quiet as anything that strong can be. It eliminates steam, and room heat very well, while the lights make an excellent creative environment. This purchase was made to allow professional recipe and menu creation in the home environment, and has been perfect for that purpose. The control, size, and versatility of the Range eliminates production steps and speeds development. The ease of cleaning is also superior and saves so much time. Make things happen with our NXR 48” Entree Range! ✔️🌟 . Excerpts of review by Mossy: “Compared to the 50 year old, food-fire-wire-melt-only-2-burners-working range I had, this thing is a dream! First noticeable change was that food tastes so much better because of it's even cooking. One thing I didn't realize about this model is that it does not have the dual function burners that are in other models. But these burners really put out the BTUs! It's a bit tricky to get a medium flame; turn the knob more towards low. The smaller oven is is great for heating up food or cooking a small meal because it heats up so quickly. The larger oven has a true flame broil and is HUGE, you can definitely fit a big turkey or roast in there. The shelves could glide more fluidly. It's pretty easy to wipe down too.” … “Overall I'm very happy with it. I've had it 3 months and so far no problems. I need a range of this size because I run a small bed and breakfast and it's cooking capacity is great!
