♛ MAAAAANY TIMES. It is very difficult to live around, or even worse with, Draven all the time. His constant mood swings - very volatile temper so the smallest thing can make him go unhinged and in a frenzy of anger where he becomes so violent he can kill someone or even hurt himself out of rage at times -, his insatisfaction with everything, his unpredictable brutal outbursts of rage and anger, and his absolute invincible denial of anything that could be wrong with himself makes it impossible to discuss anything with him. When he decided that something had to be done that-his way, Draven will practically never - the exception being Vladimir successfully talking him out of it- have it any other way. His stubbornness and recklesness often are jeopardizing planified attacks during wars, but the once gladiator now star of Noxus always comes out of it victorious. But wounded for sure. ♛ In a general manner : Being ridiculed in front of people, whether they are fans of his or not, and people praising his brother and entirely forgetting about him. Draven’s ego is something that can be shattered very easily, it is like a false fragile fake amour propre, a big masquerade, which is also why he acts so arrogantly all the time and so proud/confident, this hiding his real actual need of recognition. 

Depending on RPs : Losing the very few people he would care about. Depending on the RP, Darius his older brother might be out of it (I had a few RPs in which the rivalry between them and Draven’s bitter rancor and egoism had litterally destroyed their fraternal bond.♛
