my 'this but not that' tarot spread
A very simple spread my friends, to identify what the hecc is happening.
It's a three card draw - any arrangement will do.
first card - "the answer is,"
second card - "that is to say,"
third card - "..and it is not-"
example: "what are these weird vibes I'm getting from my friend?"
first card - "the answer is that your friend feels like they can't relate to your beliefs any more."
second card - "that is to say, your friend is growing emotionally in a direction that makes them question some of your beliefs."
third card - "and it's not that they think your beliefs are actually bad. they're just questioning a lot of things on an emotional level right now."

The Vothum.
In a series focusing more on educational posts, this is the perfect place to start. Thank you all for the feedback and interest.
The Crest and signifying symbol of the entire language of Sul'voth. Carefully created, this symbol uses a single of each type of line that constructs the Sul'voth runes: The Straight Slash, The Dot, and The Crescent/Curve.
The name itself "Vothum" ties together the words of Sul'voth, the language's name, and Thum, meaning "eye". Thus, The Eye of Sul'voth is the full translation of this sacred name.
The Vothum acts as a beacon of guidance, as well as a symbol of the magic-focused language. It is carried, made, or carved into objects and jewellery to keep the entire presence of all 30 runes nearby, to walk with the runes and be bound to them.
I share this symbol to use in your personal works and crafts. Should you choose to do so, send me a photo, and help its influence grow.

I’ve picked up my Grimoire again and begun developing my Tarot section, (which is going to be huge and very time consuming but I am SO excited!)
Please feel free to use these pages as a guide in your own practices or as inspiration for your own BOS or Grimoire :) All I ask is that if you wish to recreate my design or wording, please credit in the description of your post!! Thank you 💕
✨Pages in my Grimoire on Tarot ✨
These pages begin my Tarot study on the symbols associated with the Major Arcana, the 4 Suites and associated zodiacs/meanings, the court cards and what they represent in meanings, numerology and their associated majors, and lastly color symbolism. this is basically all I need to do intuitive readings with the tarot!!
The next chunk of this will be meanings for each of the major arcana, based off of my own practices and what i’ve learned about their symbols.

☁Cloud Reading☁
Tumblr media
☁️ Being able to read clouds is one of the many abilities a weather witch can master, knowing what types of clouds there are in the sky will tell us what winds are affecting our area at the moment, their qualities (temperature, humidity levels, etc) and more! Here's a quick reference of the main types of cloud formations and my personal correspondences for them☁️
Tumblr media
☁️ Stratus: moving, incoming change, be careful not to make the wrong decisions, or they'll cause conflict, take everything people around you say with a pinch of salt. Hidden truths to be revealed or finally grasping a concept, getting to know or understand something after a long time.
☁️ Cumulus: prosperity, abundance, luck in travels, new journeys, enjoyment, and also finding peace within when your environment changes. Calm before the storm.
☁️ Cumulonimbus: the storm. Chaos, lightning, furu and rage, emotions out of control, letting go, banishing, exorcism. That feeling after finally getting it out of your chest.
☁️ Stratocumulus: doubts, fear, stasis. Not knowing what to do or how to act, feeling lost, getting behind, or feeling left behind. Unacknowledged feelings. Doing things the hard way.
☁️ Altocumulus: problems solving, the path before you getting cleared, new beginnings, getting new hopes, rearranging, reorganizing your life, getting a new perspective, or a more positive point of view of a situation.
☁️ Nimbostratus: strength, power, reaching new hights, claiming what's yours, dominance.
☁️ Altostratus: light, love, kindness. Sweet, childish feelings, fluttery heart. Healing emotionally and evolving as a person, or in a relationship.
☁️ Cirrus: sharpness, boldness, starting new projects, money, prosperity, business affairs, justice, speaking your truth, getting recognized for your successes.
☁️Cirrostratus: getting over the past, healing, closing a chapter of your life and starting anew, cleansing, purification.
☁️ Cirrocumulus: luck, fertility, love, children, passion, renewing energies, wishes, future planning, abundance.
☁️Some tips☁️
☁️"—stratus" clouds are associated with fogs, drizzling rain, and cold air flowing at low height.
☁️"—cumulus" clouds are associated with anticyclones, a.k.a. very low temperatures, high pressure, often high humidity, and will cause rain, more likely a storm.
☁️Research what specific winds affect your area and what kind of clouds they're associated with!
☁️With love, Nao☁️

How to Close a Reading, as My Grandma Taught Me
“Interpreting the last card does not mean you are done. You have ten more things to do before the reading is through.”
1. Count the major arcana.
The more there are, the stronger the reading’s predictions will impact the querent’s life. If there are none or just one, almost none of it will matter in the long run.
2. Note the sequence of the major arcana.
If the querent is asking about someone, and the major arcana are between 0 and 16, that person is not meant to stay in their life. If the question is about a dream or an opportunity, and the cards fall between 17 and 21, it will manifest completely.
3. Count the cards from each suit.
The presence of all suits predicts a balanced outcome. More Wands means strong passion. More Swords means anxiety or manipulation. More Cups means the heart is running the show. More Pentacles means wealth is about to diminish or grow.
4. Mind the aces and the tens.
Two or more aces means the situation is only just beginning. Two or more tens means it is now coming to a good or bad ending.
5. Note the multiples between two and nine.
Twos mean clever thinking is of paramount importance. Threes speak of infidelity or the need for cooperation. Fours guarantee stability, just as sixes do harmony. Fives and sevens spell difficult challenges, but eights and nines promise that the labor is almost over.
6. Regard the ruling colors.
A dominant black predicts burdens and hindrances. Red and yellow combined ensure passion, clarity and manifestation. Blue and white together advise that the solution can be found through spirituality and intuition.
7. Count the court cards.
Nine times out of ten, court cards are people, not influences. They are doing the manipulation or they need to be manipulated.
8. Notice the suits of the courts.
Wands and Swords are friendly. So are Cups and Pentacles. Any other combination spells rivalry and obstacles.
9. Watch where the cards are facing.
“Is the woman in The World looking at The Tower? A tragedy has to occur before success can take over. Is the King of Cups facing away from his Queen? Their relationship is suffering. His love for her has begun fading.”
10. Look at the bottom of the deck.
If the outcome is good, embodying this energy will make it even better. If the outcome is bad, this is the hidden connection that needs to be severed.
