   Moshi moshi owner mod Sapphu desu here-- anyways hi! As you've noticed, yeah, NJ has been down for a good month or two and now we're gonna pull this place back up and together with the help of Cassahoe.

   Anyways for the rest of the weekend, our old members can come back and claim their old characters and by Monday we'll start taking in reserves and whatnot.

   Sure, you can send in reserves now but they won't be counted until Monday if said character wasn't claimed by the previous rper.

And for the new things about how this blog is ran, we'll have a schedule that's more spaced out and not so packed like before:

One week there will be 2 random days on Tuesdays and Fridays. Random days will be repeated from time to time.

The following week would be just an event starting from Friday until Sunday so everyone could get a chance to participate if they like.

Once a month, there will be 1 big event.

To us that seems better and not so packed together with everything in 1 week. Not to mention it's easier on us.

Not quite open but not closed either. We don't accept new characters at the moment and the members are free to RP with anyone. It's pretty much a collection of dead RP accounts and independant accounts right now.

But yeah, I'll be sure to prod you when I do decide on something. It's cool to have interested people around.

Actually, I had been thinking that for a while. Usually the interest goes to the main characters anyway, and we could always add a character on request.

Probably would make the group feel tighter because the smaller masterlist would have a weird psychological effect on people and it wouldn't be about just HAVING CHARACTERS but BEING PART OF A FAMILY.

Anyway, NJ is quite dead, but I noticed a lot of people are going nostalgic about it, so I thought that maybe reviving the group was a good idea.

But I don't know. Sometimes things are better left dead, but I really wouldn't mind reviving NJ. I'm sure that if we tried again, it could actually become a cheerful community again like it was, but maybe I'm being too optimistic.

Following the characters with the NJ account would be a good idea actually & maybe just making the character list with just text links would make it a bit easier. Though I wasn’t saying get rid of the GB characters but the side game/manga co maybe?

Having 500 characters you could pick from was never really a problem to us, to be honest. Not so much. But I think we were using an inefficient system. I always had to go on Rival to check out who is dead and who not, but I would forget to follow people on him because I usually am on NJ.

I'm not sure why we never followed RP accounts with the NJ account, it sounds more efficient.

I would actually change the system quite a lot, like, kick out the icon list (just keep it as extra pages so you can look up people whose name you don't know) and have a name list.

Then I would also edit the hiatus system because the old NJ hiatus system was way too relaxed and the new ones was too strict to my idea.

And finally, I think I would pick new people to help me with modding, actually. idk I want reliable people, but for some reason, I usually ended up doing all the work and I didn't even create the group.

Sometimes I see Sapphu around though, she's pretty cool. She helped me with events, but to my idea, things around here were done MESSILY.

Thanks for your input, I do think that a reduction of the characters available would make it more overviewable though. But I don't know, I liked the idea of allowing pretty much everyone, manga, game AND genderbends.

But in the end, I guess it's up to the members?

Finally a proper closing post. I'm sorry everyone, but I think it's about time to say farewell. I believe the group pretty much died (apart for a few people) and there's not much we can do about it  u___u

I had this idea for a group revival where all roles would get dropped and people could pick back up old muses from the ~old NJ times~, but I doubt anyone is interested in that?
