In the light novel class room of the elite Kiyotaka Ayanokōji pose an interesting question: ”Are all human beings truly equal?” It may be said that we are all similar in some aspects such a life, after all we all live and we die.
”These days everyone is in the fight for equality wither it’s political or social. Kiyotaka Ayanokōji monologue in the light novel where he makes a statement on a quote (Quote : As a wise man once said, “Heaven does not create one person above or below another.” People like to throw these words around. That’s not the whole quote. It goes on to say that “… while we are all equal at birth, pretty soon, things begin to change. Academic effort is what sets some people apart to rise above the others.) and then goes on to say:”At any rate, humans change over time based on their actions. Truth be told, at the end of the day, equality is just a fantasy. And most of us go through life denying the fact that we live in a meritocracy.
Many Realist will agree with what is said by Ayanokōji that the fact we live in a meritocracy where as “a ruling or influential class of educated or able people” are the ones holding power over those opposite. Some may agree to disagree with this notion due to a experience they might once had where someone held a certain position like a hereditary aristocracy, but they are missing the whole point is meritocracy still plays a big role. It’s true that a person might hold a significant position of power, but that’s the thing that persons is an able person to hold a high or lofty position because there is some level of influence to be held in such a lofty position. Do you STill question MeriToCracY ?? And for those who believe we are equal I believe you simply mistake the word equality for similarities which we all as human beings posses similar treats. It maybe be said that both individuals are equal in social or educational states, but a question lies dormant which one worked harder who put in more time to study which out of the two has raw talent or has a knack to be place high in societies social and educational standing and which of the two worked their butt off to hold such a high standing to be said that they are equal to the other. Who do you think reach Everest first ? Cleary the first person mentioned and not the second because the things done by the two individuals shows no equal in them.
But yet again with all of this being said I still pose the question Are all human beings truly equal ?
