So normal about Jon being like I don’t remember what you looked like but the man who let you die is going to suffer for what he did to you. If only Sasha coulda seen that.

So normal about the fact that everyone believed Jon was losing his humanity but no one got to see the ways his love and compassion for the people he lost or who hurt him drove him to that final moment.

s1 jon fully believes he is being professional and civil to his coworkers at all times, he lets loose on recordings and thinks "great! I've vented my frustrations and now won't bring them into my working relationships :)". the thing is that this man cannot lie or maintain a facade to save his life so while all three of his assistants are in the room he'll say "I really admire and am thankful for the concerted efforts from the pair of you" and retreat to his office thinking "score! I complemented tim and sasha without saying a bad word about martin" meanwhile his assistants are looking at each other in shock and disbelief at how obviously shady that was and martin is wondering if he has somehow turned physically invisible.

I’m moving out of my parents house in three days. My dad and I agreed last year shortly after I finished school that it would be good for me if I moved out - not because my parents want me out of the house but so I have room and space to grow. When we agreed on that, I barely had any friends. Now, I am active in the local antifa and queer organisations and am moving three villages over into a house where two of my new friends live already. Their house is very artsy and they are lovely people. I am doing things, meeting up with friends, organising events, connecting with people… I am finally living. I think this is the first time since my childhood that my social needs are met. And I am happy and I am alive. I truly am.

i’m bi+aceflux and having the main character of one of my favorite series of all time be like me is. so cool. i’m bad at articulating my feelings so i’ll just leave it at that, but know that my entire soul is consumed by this podcast

anyway comics are weird. i would’ve made it longer and maybe colored it more, but i had already drawn way too much and i just couldn't think of anything else to write. also i am very angry at jon’s face in the first panel that angle caused me so much pain

Love how Will's "I met the most lovely couple and they invited me for a threesome!" is played for the shock-value laugh, with a secondary layer of confirming a queer side-character in an episode already highlighting Trent and Colin's queer experiences.

But the third layer is that he says this to his mom. Like yes, that adds to the humor, but in a show largely about absent and abusive fathers - as well as complicated mothers like Rebecca's - it made me all warm and fuzzy to see that kind of relationship casually dropped into the end of an already intimate episode. Will is apparently so close to his mom that he doesn't just update her on the after-game Jazz club adventure, but throws out a threesome offer without a hint of fear or judgement or hesitation. Sorry, mom, where was I? Oh yeah, threesome! Based on that line alone, we can infer that Will knows his mom has his back, is completely accepting of his identity, and they have a bond where, I imagine, very little is kept secret between them.

It's such a great bit of characterization and a wonderfully wholesome detail to throw into an already wholesome episode.
