Naruto: Monster AU (Batbito)

Starting up school again, and I realized way too late that I hadn't taken any time to draw anything I enjoy before I had to go back. So.. I went back to basics for myself and did something self indulgent by drawing Naruto characters from my au that nobody really cares about. Which is totally fair tbh. BUT I'm having fun here so that's all that matters. If anyone is interested in this (unlikely) I'll probably be posting more in the future. In the meantime, though! Neglected... TO POST THIS HOLY SHIT.

Sorry I've been super inactive, life has repeatedly kicked me in the ass, and more than half of those times, it was really me kicking my own ass. BUT I'm here now with some more Missing Nin content. It isn't a whole lot, just a little sketch I did to get back into the swing of things, but I've noticed that people as of late have been kinda drawn to this au, so I thought it'd fuel the fire a little. Okay going to be so for real right now, I'm super nervous about posting these. I love this cosplay a lot and I'm working to make it as nice/accurate as possible, but I know I'm not exactly as lore accurate looking as I would like to be. It makes it hard for me to post confidently. However, I think it's past time for me to bite the bullet and just post it. I'm not going to get any better by keeping it to myself.

If anyone has any criticisms or advice they'd like to offer, please do! I want to make this the best it can possibly be. The whole costume was hand stitched and lovingly crafted by one of my best friends, so anything I can get as an excuse to pay her more for her work would be greatly appreciated.

So! I don't want my page to die, but I've also been super busy as of late. The most I can offer until I get more cosplay stuff settled is this dumpster fire of sketches. Ponyo ObiKK!

(THE POST YOU'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR WITHOUT KNOWING WHOOHOO-)

I was feeling a bit.. silly and completely unmotivated by any normal work because of the stuff I've been working on at school. I can't say that being an art major is hard at all, but I CAN say that it's super tedious when all you work on is boring ass still lives. So I wanted to start a project that wasn't as time consuming or painful as my homework, but I also needed to work on something between my character sheets to get my mind off of anything difficult. SO! I decided that I was going to do little Ponyo redraws with ObiKK. I thought the idea was super cute since I've seen it a lot with NaruSasu (SNS) and I wanted to see the same thing with these guys. (But not the meme ones that think Obito getting crushed by a rock is the funniest shit ever.) So, this is what I have to offer you today and I hope everyone can enjoy it! I certainly enjoyed making it and if there are any requests for more, I might just do it!

Kung Fu Panda

Another ref sheet, I know this isn't what most people want, BUT HEAR ME OUT. Neoma is a Naruto fan child I've been developing for what feels like forever now, and she's great. She's an Orochimaru experiment designed to help post-war Obito (Shush he survives in this au) more accustomed to society. Having something to put care and effort into after a decade in solitary confinement could be pretty helpful, I'd imagine. To help keep him on track as well, is Kakashi, her other DNA spliced half. Obito and Kakashi are hardly a couple. Kakashi is hokage after all, but I don't see it being something that can't develop over time slow burn style. BUT ANYWAY- Enough rambling- If anyone has any questions, god, please ask! And uhhhhhhhhh enjoy!!

Dumbass Badass Bitch

Kinapak Shurado. She's a lovely little Naruto oc of mine with a fiery personality. She's slightly younger than Itachi, being 19 during the beginning of Shippuden. I love her to death, but if anything, she's closer to a self insert. I try to keep her away from canon characters because I like her as her own thing and just enjoy making someone who functions within the confines of the universe. However, I think with all the development I've been doing, it's high time to start solidifying a story for her instead of just developing her abilities and personality. But for now, this is what I have, and I hope people can enjoy her for what she is. (Please god art trade with me- I want this girly drawn-)

Been busy with college work as of late, but I've been enjoying my time there. For the most part, at least. I needed a break from the boring ass still lives that my teacher loves to have us draw, so I decided to draft up a comic that I had thought up while trying to think of anything else better to do than draw a still life. Look at my boy. Look at this HANDSOME DEVIL- I made this because I needed a new pfp to call my own, and my sketch for it just turned out super crisp, so I took advantage. The thing is, I'm surprised I pulled all the way through, considering this is my first finished digital art piece in about a year. I can't say I missed it, since I draw on my phone with my fingers, but I think the final product was worth the trouble.
