(Inspired solely by the facts that there’s a map, they appear to be sitting down, and Wally was cut from the photo)

Howdy: “I dunno about this bus, Barns! It just doesn’t seem like it’s taking us in the right direction!”

Barnaby: “Well ya know what they say, always take the road less traveled for a better outcome.”

Poppy: “I- em-I don’t believe thats the phrase, Barnaby…”

Barnaby: “Sureee it is! Besides, I happen t’be a street-smart pooch. I know which way we’re goin’.”

Howdy: “Ya know I hate to question ya, I really do, but- I think we just missed our exit!”

Poppy: “Oh no, thats just silly Howdy. We couldn’t have possibly missed… unless… unless we did… oh dear, here, let me take a look.”

Barnaby: “Ya both’re a coupl’a worry warts! I tell ya, just a bit longer and we’ll be at the Rainbow Monster Birthday Bash in no time. It’s im-paw-sible that we got lost.” *honk honk*

Poppy, her smile fading: “No, no, Howdy is right dearie- we- we did miss our exit! Oh- oh no!” *Clucks nervously* “Oh dear, we’re going to be late for the party!”

Howdy: “No… no! My Limited-Time-Only-One-Of-A-Kind-Rainbow-Monster-Mix will be ruined if we don’t get there in time!”

Barnaby, cringing: “Aw, shoot… I’m sorry fellas. *sighs* Well. Guess that’s what happens when ya try and get an ol’ pooch like me t’read a map. Can’t teach an old dog new tricks.”

Howdy, too busy standing and stumbling through the aisles to laugh at Barn’s cleverly placed idiom: “STOP THE BUUUUUS!”

Barnaby: “Sheesh… I tell ya, Walls, ya can’t make mistakes anymore… *pauses, looks around* …lil buddy?”

. . .

Wally, back at the last rest stop, holding a blue spotted balloon while he sits on the bench: “Barnaby sure is taking a while in the bathroom… should I… be worried?”

Balloon: …

Wally: “…You’re right… he’ll be out soon. Hahaha.”

. . .

Barnaby, now gasping and standing up: “WE FORGOT WALLS-!”

Love how tumblr has its own folk stories. Yeah the God of Arepo we’ve all heard the story and we all still cry about it. Yeah that one about the woman locked up for centuries finally getting free. That one about the witch who would marry anyone who could get her house key from her cat and it’s revealed she IS the cat after the narrator befriends the cat.

Note to vacationing non-Americans: while it’s true that America doesn’t always have the best food culture, the food in our restaurants is really not representative of what most of us eat at home.  The portions at Cheesecake Factory or IHOP are meant to be indulgent, not just “what Americans are used to.”

If you eat at a regular American household, during a regular meal where they’re not going out of their way to impress guests, you probably will not be served twelve pounds of chocolate-covered cream cheese.  Please bear this in mind before writing yet another “omg I can’t believe American food” post.

I don't want anyone to take this the wrong way but Europe is kinda like a miniature America. All the landscapes and trees and stuff are SMALL, they're little versions of the stuff we got going on over here. Even your big things, like the alps, are so cute. You could put a fun roller coaster up there and make it a little ride for the kids.

FNAF SB x Frozen AU that I thought of on september of 2022 at 3:36 am

It's a long one, so I'm putting the rest of it under a cut. In the order I drew them, so there are like 2 artstyle changes.

A year ago these scenarios had me rolling in bed cackling for one hour, trying not to wake my family with my laughter as the scenes came to my mind one after another.

I had left out a couple of scenes undrawn because those weren't that funny and as I drew the panels the rest of the scenes started to look more bland than the previous one. So I'm stopping it here.

I honestly and truly believe all good AUs should be a little “”””ooc”””” in the sense that good characterisation involves understanding that changes a characters backstory and circumstances will have an effect on how they respond to the world around them

Good characterisation isn’t about creating a perfect 1:1 canon replica it’s about understanding why a character is different in your work and about grounding the changes you do deliberately choose to make in canon character traits
