Granblue AndApp Guide

Disclaimer: I use AndApp on a Mac so installation will differ if you use Windows, but Step 3 and onwards should be the same.

This is an installation guide and also a quick guide for purchasing with the app using Paypal. At the end there’s an FAQ regarding AndApp points and if the app refuses to open.

1. Download and install AndApp from the site https://www.andapp.jp/

2. Accept the terms and conditions and allow AndApp to install its folder (you can remove this shortcut after Granblue is installed).

3. Click the Granblue icon in the homescreen and you can download the app from there. The options are ‘create desktop shortcut’ and ‘open the game after the download is complete’ respectively.

4. Log in to your account by pressing the green button (the blue words are for new registrations). A Mobage login page will pop up and you can enter your details accordingly.

5. You will see a screen with a red button. Pressing it won’t progress things as you have to close the Granblue screen first, which is this:

The screen will change to this. Don’t worry about the buttons being red instead of green and proceed.

6. The Granblue screen will pop up again and if you press the blue button, it means you agree with Mobage and AndApp’s terms and conditions. Congratulations, your Granblue app will now load with your account.

Purchasing with AndApp using Paypal. This is pretty straightforward. The Paypal page will come up in Japanese, but after you log in it will be in your usual language.

FAQ: 1. What are AndApp points for? Tbh I haven’t tried it, but you can get points by logging in, for example.

2. There’s a pop up window and I can’t load AndApp. It’s probably an error message. AndApp Help says to wait and reopen the app after a while. If that doesn’t work for you (like it never works for me), do a reinstall. Yes you have to go through it all from the beginning. Make sure you have the latest version of AndApp. You can download the install file from the site again if you’re not sure.

3. How do I know when I should check if my AndApp is the latest update? If you see a notification with words like “アップデート” or “クライアントの更新” or “最新バージョン”.
